FYI one of the biggest developments there hired myself and a team of my handpicked guys to clear it. It was overrun with drugs, gambling, and shootings and the new property owners couldn’t clean it up because the City and the police were too scared to help. We went in and within a month having fights and near shootouts got the job done. Wynwood and Sable Palms has come a long way in 20 years.
