I suffer with many disabilities including hearing loss and the background noise doesn't affect me if anythink it makes it better as I wear hearing aids and it make hearing this alot louder and clearer also for those that cant hear at tall they consontrait on trying to read than hear or if there out and about they have someone who signes for them if needed. Also this is a great video for other hidden disabilities such as dyslexia and learning difficulties :)
Just wondering who this is aimed at? That background "music" will be distracting for a lot of people with hearing problems. I'm not sure that the white subtitles on a very light grey transparent background is perfect.

Very useful video apart for the 'musak' but...why are the seats on your new Hitachi long distance trains so uncomfortable GWR?
