Great interview, I was an asset manager for Fortune 200 companies and we defined the goal as: “Driving the property related functions seeking the highest net present value to the owner.” When acquisition, management, and disposition related activities are measured by net cash flows and IRR to the owner the focus becomes understanding the real metrics of value for CRE.
