Tutorial 4 (attack and running speed)

Another tutorial on editing attack speed of melee weapons and running speed of player.
Guides:
Running speed value in the vid:
Lvl1 perk= 50
Lvl2 perk= 100
MELEE
0.3 to 0.1 = fast speed
0.05 to 0.01 = hack speed
Some melee have double lines, so make sure to edit them all!
