Got this recipe from my Indian Neighbour 😋 | Mince filled egg 🥚 |

HI 👋
Here's a simple recipe for mince-stuffed eggs:
Ingredients:
For the filling:
1 lb ground meat (beef, pork or lamb)
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
For the eggs:
4-6 hard-boiled eggs
1 tablespoon mayonnaise or sour cream (optional)
Instructions:
1. Hard-boil eggs, cool and peel.
2. Cut eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks.
3. In a pan, heat olive oil and cook ground meat until browned.
4. Add onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and oregano. Cook until onion is translucent.
5. Mash yolks and mix with cooked mince mixture.
6. Stuff each egg white half with yolk-mince mixture.
7. Garnish with chopped chives or parsley (optional).
8. Serve with mayonnaise or sour cream (if desired).
Variations:
1. Add grated cheese or chopped herbs to the filling.
2. Use different seasonings (e.g., paprika, cumin or chili powder).
3. Add diced bell peppers or mushrooms to the filling.
Tips:
1. Use high-quality ground meat for best flavor.
2. Adjust seasoning to taste.
3. Chill stuffed eggs in refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
