We need to do likewise in Canada and in the USA and call out “alternative facts” as lies and hold politicians accountable for their language use and other communications.

No Kamala would have to be president for half of Bidens term for it to qualify for 1 of her 2 terms.
Maybe people shouldn't think about leaving the US but think about getting active in their local, state and national government.
Just about every county has a local Democratic Party and a State Democratic Party. I belong to my county senior Dems which meets once a month, volunteers, participates in local protests, donates, etc.. and has some social events. My group wrote post cards to encourage people to check their registration and to vote. One man was responsible for all the Dem signs. volunteer in the office a few hours a week to answer the phone and keep the office open so people can come by and pick up information. They host local candidates to come and speak and provide refreshments, etc. Don't complain and do nothing.

Quick clarification - The US President can serve two (2) 4-year terms for a total of eight (8) years.

You asked if Harris could still run for two full terms if Biden resigned and allowed Kamala to become President early. The 22nd Amendment answers that question. She can still run for two terms as long as she did not fill out two years or more of the prior President's term. Feel free to do a search for the 22nd Amendment to the US Constitution if you want to verify.

US president can be in office for 10 years per the 22nd amendment. This allows someone who takes over mid term to run twice so early assumption of office would not be an issue. I still don’t think it should happen.

There's a series of videos that can be quite addictive, called Border Security, or something like that. They deal with border agents, mostly at airports of the UK, Canada, and Australia. In watching the ones from Australia, I find it interesting at how sophisticated and well trained they are from equipment and dogs that can detect contraband to profiling arrival passengers who have holiday visas who really intend to stay and work. I don't think that many get past these sharp immigration people. One thing I learned from this show is that if you get a student visa in the UK and attend classes, you're allowed to work 20 hours a week, but I don't think you can do that in Australia. According to the show, you have to start the residency paperwork in your country of origin. It's very tough and takes a long time.

just my opinion: I think the Christ is an essence, spirit, that people can embody when they live a truly selfless life, or perform a selfless act.
