Thanks for watching. To be honest, we preferred the buffet restaurant as really good choice and quality but the Morrocon restuarant food quality was also very good but not such a good choice. I've done a seperate video re the food in the Morroco playlist re this hotel if you want to check it out. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to ask.

@SiLENCERCHRiZ I can only comment on the Riu hotel I stayed at I'm afraid, as that's the only one I've stayed at so far in Morocco

Stupidly fell off a ladder in my garden and on to a statue with multi fractures to 5 ribs, but my own fault entirely. According to the surgeons, it could have been so much worse as I had complications, but starting the long road to recovery and going stir crazy as I can't go anyway.

You will need an adapter from the UK (that's where I'm from). I believe it's type C and E for Morocco.

Hi James
I'm sure you'll have a lovely time. Yes there is evening entertainment. It's posted what it is for the week outside of the main buffet restaurant and usually starts between 8pm and 9pm.

Do they show live sport in the hotel?
Yes they do in the bar area just inside reception that I show. I can't say for definite if they show all sports in there though
Hi thanks for sharing your video. I am going there with my parents in July and it doesn’t mention fridges in the rooms. My father is a diabetic and needs a fridge, so I was wondering do the have fridges in the rooms please? If not how did you manage for drinks because my understanding is you have to drink bottle water. I appreciate a feed back please. Kind regards

Hi. Is there entertainment on an evening? If so, what’s it like? Thanks in advance.
Hi Thanks for watching the video.
There is entertainment for an hour or so in the evening usually about 9pm such as male and female singers, local dancers and occasionally during the week, quizes such as Mr and Mrs / male v female if that's your thing. From what we saw, the entertainment was of a decent standard, but we only went in there a couple of times. Hope that helps
Do you know if the pool is heated in December, we’re thinking of going 26th dec
Thank you for watching. I think the pool may be naturally heated and I haven't been there in December, so can't answer that one I'm afraid. Perhaps you could e mail the hotel. I'm sure they will help you.
From what I’ve read in the facebook group, the outside pool is not heated and can be quite cold. But the indoor pool is heated. I don’t go until December myself so haven’t actually visited yet
That would be right, as I said previously that I thought it was heated naturally. Thanks for clarifying. I remember it being very slightly chilly when you get in, but it being fine after that 👍
Was their a currency exchange in the hotel?
Hi Yes there was. If you go to reception, they can change money there for you. As you've probably seen in the video, there is also an ATM where you can cash money for a small transaction fee. You probably know this already, but just in case you don't, always accept local currency to avoid crazy exchange fees.

Watched your video on Tue last week (23rd April 2024), booked it on Wed, went on Fri- Mon This week. Your video was really accurate! Thank you for this. Here is my review if any wants it....... Cons: Pool was too cold for me to go in, which was disappointing as i'm a big Swimmer and that's a key part of my holiday. Food, was not nice, was only ok. There was a Cockroach in my bathroom and it was massive! There was a Cockroach in the lobby toilet (also massive). My daughter got ill ( we believe it was from the food as we only ate at the hotel) . I also over heard someone else in the lobby saying they also got ill. The drinks were disgusting ......Now, I know that reading this it looks like the holiday was awful and the hotel was not nice, but aside from the above it was actual nice and we did enjoy our weekend. Pros: Staff very very friendly and want to please, hotel grounds/Garden, beautiful, lovely plants, lovely to walk around ( as pictures in this video), room was nice and clean, hotel was very clean, lobby had nice decor and was clean. pool was nice to sit around even though I couldn't get in..... Some braved it and went in..... I would recommend this hotel. I would take some v&d sickness tablets ( but I don't think that it specific to this hotel, I think its prob the while country).

I was there in October 2022, food was awful, pool freezing it was not good
@@Thailand-mt9op Sorry to hear that. Perhaps they were still trying to sort things after the earthquake the previous few weeks? Have to say as per the video, that I enjoyed my time there. Thanks fkr watching the video
