Have only 1 button. Can't hold down volume and channel button with only 1 button. It also is stuck on welcome page with language choices and won't do nothing. Can't connect my phone since it's stuck on the welcome page. Won't detect it!!! Help!! Don't have a remote at the moment!!

That was useles. Where is the physical button? My TV is stuck in a boot loop.
I have no volume button!?
I have unplugged it multiple times and held the pwr buton to drain any residual pwr.
It cant be this hard to find relevant information.

If the tv has had a hard reset, it won't connect to wifi bc it has been reset. In those scenarios, I am unable to connect without the remote bc the smartphone relies on the device being set up. Any recommendations?
