Over 4000 miles on this specific model and still going strong. I use this for an off season rental and box this up with ease every May. I rigged my wahoo cadence and speed up and works fine. I’m 6’3” 215 lbs. I highly recommend this bike
@@timw8518 perhaps a max of 6’5” would accommodate. I have the seat set 2nd to the last setting(1”lower then max.) Plus the seat is not all the way back. I hope this helps your decision.
Comparing different bikes. There's some good cheap ones out there, but I think you might of sold me on this one with those reflectors 3:05! I tend to ride in the slow lane of my living room, but you just never know! Safety first!!! 🤣 Thanks!
Just ordered sunny health treadmill sft7603 $329., but looking at their brand here, you seem happy with this particular model/brand and looks good.that's a good sign..i did get because of the popularity of the brand on amazon/RUclips
I bought a used one last week. I like it, but is there any way to get rid of that horrid squeaking coming from the tensioner? You can hear it in the video at 5:38.
Excellent review thank you. I am unsure how long this bike will last as it is among the most inexpensive exercise bikes you can purchase. Lots of people have had problems with this bike. Most people like it from the reviews I have read despite its problems. I wanted a Schwinn IC4 but they are sold out as everyone is spinning at home because of the national emergency. It is a strong contender for my exercise bike purchase. It is a 600$ jump up to the Bowflex 6. The Bowflex is essentially a Schwinn C4 except the Bowflex price has kept them in available Bowflex’ s inventory.
Have you had any trouble with a loud noise coming from the bike when you increase the resistance? I've tried oiling the pad with no luck decreasing the sound.
How have you found that this bike rides on carpet? I bought this bike and a mat for it, but I'm unsure how it rides on carpet. I'm putting it in an extra bedroom that I"m turning in to a workout room, but I have the equipment on mats.
I just bought the same bike (chain) and is making an awful vibrating noise coming form the pedal area. I cant even use it is that bad. Any advice really appreciated. Thanks
I tried one at the store this week and it didn’t feel as I expected. The leather pad wasn’t as smooth as cotton one. Is there a chance there was any issue with the one at the store? It felt like the leather pad created too much friction, don’t know if that makes any sense
Can you do high intensity interval training on one of these bikes? Can you reach your maximum heart rate where you are completely out of breath? Thank you.
@@mambowjumbow Thanks! I ended up buying it. I'm 6'3", and don't even raise the seat to the highest point. The handlebars are at max height, though, and it's just barely high enough. Taller people may prefer to look into some way to extend the height of the handlebars.
@@thekavegirlreceitaspaleo3757 Hi, I use it about 4-5 days a week and love it. The bike really is awesome and was a great purchase ... especially now that all the gyms are closed. I have no complaints at all. My son, 6'4", has also used it while he's been home and it works well for him too.
@@compota8 cut a piece of felt about the size of the leather pad and strap down one end of it to the metal bar attached to the leather using a small cable tie. I wish I could post a photo. It's so simple.

Great review, live in desert and will be a great tool for summer. Thanks again!
No prob!
great review, thx, I bought one based on this recommendation.
I just ordered this earlier today - review helped solidify decision - thanks!
Mel K how are you liking the bike now after some time of using it ? just asking I may buy one.
Jay Jnolewis I like it! It was easy to set up, and so far no problems with it at all - comes in handy for a cost efficient at-home cardio solution.
Does it have good resistance when set to the highest resistance level??

Now is this the review I was looking for.
Just ordered mine!
Great review. I purchased based on your recommendation. Keep up the great work.
I am thinking of making the buy, how would you review the bike 1 year in?
Thank you ! it helped me a lot to decide which one to purchase
thanks big guy, i just bought one of these units for 210 bucks!
Just bought it today . Thank you
Just bought this today
How do you like it? Is it still up to par ?
Love ❤️ still going strong
I’m thinking of purchasing this today 😬😬 for weight loss journey been apprehensive but I just may do it
Just do it can’t go wrong
Enjoyed this review :)
Ordered mine today ! Hoping to see some results .

solid review
Thinking about getting one of these. I don't want to spend a ton of money on a Peleton
Great review! It looks like tour legs aren’t fully straightened. Was there still room left to move up the handlebars and seat?
I'm wondering about that too!
What's the difference between this model SF B1002 and the SF B1002/c ? Thank you.
Thx, will get this one.
I'm trying to decide on sf b1002 or sf b1805 is it worth the extra $200
Update?

same!
Stick a piece of felt under the leather pad
Like a vibration noise?
Is the chain tight or could the front weighted 40 pound spinner need adjusted?

It probably needed oil…

What can I buy to mount my iPhone on there?
Any tips for decreasing the whistling/whirring sound? Thanks!!

No display on this one?
Same question as other person: How tall are you? I’m 6’3” and wondering if this bike will work for me.
Andrew Burhans saw someone on another video say they were 6’ 4” and they are able to use it.

Did you ever find a bike?
thanks, replacing resistance felt pad with a magnetic bar .Would it work, anyone
does the handle bars wiggle a little for anyone else?...
Hey we just bought this on Amazon, using last night it smells like BO. Where is that coming from the resistance? Rubbing
Idk we got ours in the mail and had a clicking sound and feeling coming out of the chain area as I pedal. Kinda disappointing.
Chain or belt drive?
My sit moved and I can’t ride 💔 not even a month that I bought it
That’s a terrible sound when the felt hits the resistance. And why magnetic resistance (very quiet) is preferred by most.
This bike is $204 on amazon today 8/23/22
Thanks for the tip.
How tall are you?
Yes, how tall are you? I am 6’ 3” also. Your legs don’t seem to fully extend which makes me think the bike isn’t great for tall people.
Following up here! Thank you
I didnt think your legs are supposed to fully extend anyway? Thinking of buying. Im 5' 2" my hubby 6' 3"
Make this bike nearly silent by sticking a piece of felt under the leather pad. I don't know why they didn't use felt in the first place.
Sorry but where?

I had some of your concerns. I don't know. I am researching which bike to buy. thanks for your comment
You should be wearing a helmet
Well spotted! Should be also wearing reflective gear, come to think about it. Trucks don't always see cyclists as they are pulling out of a wardrobe.
