If I were Hoffman, I wouldn't even show up for the simple fact of not being able to keep a straight face at the ultimate level of bullshitting I'd be putting myself and others through. Most of these podcast/radio interviews are filmed from a fixed, overhead POV as if from a security camera, but the cameras here are level with the subjects and have a nice soft focus (plus some color grading over the footage), making it feel more like a scene from a movie.
