No and no. Sometimes if more classes are needed, a fee of $250 or $350 per class will be required. The deadline for an office action is 3 months, with a 3 month additional extension. The USPTO does not give only 3 days - sounds like a scam email or call

But if I file and get approved for that, would I legally be able to sell, let’s say greeting cards under the same brand and website?
Yes you can sell other stuff. You'd want to do a trademark search at that time to make sure that someone else didn't get a trademark on that thing for the greeting card class
What would you advise if the name you want to trademark for coaching isn't on the uspto site, but it does come up for a podcast during a Google search?
I'd probably try it, rolling to dice and hoping I get a chill examiner. Also do some research on that podcaster -- is it abandoned, does that person also do life coaching, etc.

I was intending on using my uncles dentist office as the domicile address, as I work from home, but after watching your video I am concerned this is not acceptable. The trademark is very similar to how Apple has a word mark for products in the computer or electronics class. For example, my trademark would be for "Beans" in the clothing class. As a friend, do you have any advice on how I can provide an acceptable domicile address or how I can stay ahead of any foreseen issues since my word mark would be for products that are not identifiable by the word mark itself? What if you want to trademark a social media brand, your brand name is used to run discussions, book clubs, podcasts, RUclips videos, etc. but there is no physical product, yet? And can you add physical products later?

You could file an "intent to use" (1B) application -- it will take 9+ months for them to look at it anyway. That way you get dibs on the name, pending you launching the business and making sales. You give them an email to contact you, and you can just file to change the address

I got a rejection for filing my business (sole proprietorship) because of wrong information I was given from the county of my business address. I specifically asked on the phone whether I needed to file with the county I reside in doing business or with the county of the address I'm using. I'm so upset....Is there something that can be done for giving me misinformation? I want to try and get a refund. I have a screen shot of the detailed date and time I was given this information as well as some other documentation.

Per TMEP 1201.03(e) the use can be by a "controlled licensee" persuant to a written agreement. So in theory an individual can own the trademark and the use can be by a company under their control

For the domicile you use your home address. Get a PO Box for the mailing address (that's what is public)

Services (including ads) are fine. You can't add more later -- you just file a new application

You use your home address on the domicile. But for the mailing address, the RA might be okay with that -- depends on their own policy

Typically yes you'd provide a photo of your product with the branding on it (or on the tag / label / packaging)
