I don’t know who was archernorinton credited as the one that “upgraded” the sprites, but I was the one who edited all the sprites that appears in this game with exception of the player characters and the enemy Chin. The forest stage and the last stage are also my edits. But conveniently I’m not credited.
@@EverlastingGaming316 You know it was possible controller-wise because they had 4 Player device for A Nightmare On Elm Street. So if that was possible, then 2 Players for Double Dragon 🐉 1 should've been a thing. Too bad they had to be rushed and time constraints.
Exactly! At least for two player. I've been looking for a two player at once version lately. They move so fast though, but I guess helps the challenge.
Can't even begin to tell you how many hours I spent on this exact game on the NES as a kid. Although I haven't gotten to play this it looks absolutely perfect from beginning to end nice work to all involved 🤘
The DD Remix games were well done! The only issues I've come across is how the jumping / jump kicking is rather floaty and when climbing up upon ladders while reaching the top knocks you back down to the prior platform you climbed up from - glitch. If these errors were fixed DDI / DDII Remix would be the best. As I even like them better than the Arcade originals / openbor versions (probably due to fatigue). Knowing that DDIII is a work in progress and will be excellent when finished i'm sure! It would also be amazing having a DDIV Remix as well since it closely resembles DDII but with some pretty sweet music tracks to boot! Anyways, you guys do some excellent work and bring loads of justice to these classic games.
It's good to see excellent gaming in the vintage form it's good to see Great Taste especially with the way today is times are see this is a video game and what it's all about you don't need all of this and that no just a simple concept to just play and enjoy excellent
Bro awesome version!!u remake these games into BADAZZ!!VERSIONS!! only one thing i would've done differently that i didn't like about the nes double dragon is that u slowly got access to the other moves..i wouldve made it to were u would have all the moves from the start...and make abobo a playable toon...thatd b cool as shyt!.
I'm trying to imagine Jimmy Lee's existential crisis upon finding out he was the one who kidnapped Marian the whole time, and also there was more than one of him.

Your welcome God bless
I wonder if the heart trick on mission 2 still works in this game.
What the? That would have been great back on the NES.
RIGHT
It would have been a dream. But NES would have exploded trying to handle it lol It could barely but single player with 2 enemies on screen.
@@SignOfTheTimes008 You do have a point. But the NES was a very capable machine in its day.
Quad Dragon
Truth be told.😄 Stay Honest👍
A zany Nintendo version
😆
