Yeah it's so weird. What reason could they have? I mean you're only uploading copyrighted material in its original form. Weird that they'd demonitize you.
I always imagined Wilson as a genius with several doctorates with a nice sprinkling of an adventurous life; basically the kind of person your strive to be. A smart, witty, and well traveled man. In other words the exact opposite of Tim.
You don't need a sheepskin to be cultured or wise. Just live life, observe, and be objective, learn from the successes and failures, and enjoy the walk.
Fun fact from IMDb: "The character, Wilson, was based on Tim Allen's childhood memories of when he was too short to see over a fence, and was therefore unable to see his neighbor."
Wilson, Mr. Feeny, Mr. Miyagi, and Uncle Iroh sitting together in a round table, drinking tea. That's more knowledge and wisdom than any university on the planet could offer.
RIP Earl Hindman. Tim Allen said he wept for days after his passing, losing a close friend and a colleague a couple years after the last episode of home improvement. The bond they created over that fence is forever in Tim's heart. On the last curtain call for home improvement, as Earl and Tim embraced each other, Earl whispered into Tim's ear that it would probably be the last time they see each other....
Tim Allen carried the hurt of Earl Hindman's death for a long time. When he did that dual role on Last Man Standing as both Tim Taylor and Mike Baxter, Tim mentioned Wilson, and that Wilson had died, and he was still clearly hurting over his death.
Anyone remember the episode he showed Tim the photo of his wedding day? Wilson and his wife's faces were both half hidden behind the wedding cake!!...LOL!
"Tim I'm shooting the moon" "Aren't you supposed to have your pants down for that?" Its so much fuckin funnier now that I'm old enough to actually understand these jokes 🤣
I would love to have a compliation of Wilson's Confucius sayings and Tim Allen's attempt at repeating them. That would probably be the most hilarious video of Home improvement ever...
Watching this show decades ago, I always assumed they were concealing Wilson's face for a reason. I had no idea that it was just a running gag and nothing more
*quite a while*, I have fixed your spelling. I'm sorry I only responded after two years. I'm am running behind on fixing all the youtube grammar and spelling errors.
I think for the most part this should have been titled "23 Of Tim And Wilson's Best Moments On 'Home Improvement'", being all but 1 had great back and forth from both characters in almost every clip
I've been thinking that. With all of us having to wear masks now while we are out somewhere, we're kind of hidden like Wilson. I'm sure he would've been intrigued by it. RIP Earl Hindman.
A man with the last name of Wilson just gave a Christmas wreath to hang on my brother's front door while he and Dad are rebuilding the house after a fire last winter. The memories of good neighbors ready to help each other brought me here. Earl Hindeman should have been a legend on TV after this role but at least he will always be remembered as the world's best next door neighbor.
I remember reading somewhere that one of the reasons why Wilson’s face was always hidden was because back in the day when Tim Allen was a kid, he had a friendly neighbor who always talked to him over the fence, but Tim had a Hard time seeing his face
This show had SO MUCH heart. Every ep taught a moral. Tim's heart was always in the right place, his approach was terrible, which made him relatable, before "relatable" became the overused and misapplied expression it is today. Tim's character is probably one of the most self-deprecating, which makes the comedy safe, enjoyable, and reviewable -- in other words, timeless. How his character would take the fundamental Wisdom shared with him by Wilson, then try to directly apply it, never once sticking the landing, but always got through with effort. Endearing.
“There was a time when I thought my extensive research into ancient tribal cultures, obscure scientific data and the thoughts of ancient philosophers would never come in handy. Then you moved in!” 🤣
Funny thing is there’s an episode of Last Man Standing that crosses over with Home Improvement. In it Tim’s wife meets his wife from HI and she tells him stories of her ex. And his neighbor has a Wilson role during the episode, trying (and failing) to offer sage advice from behind the fence.
Wilson was one of my favorite characters on the show, together with Al. The thing is, if the average American had half of Wilson's knowledge and culture, the US would be some of the best educated nations around. Reality is, Tim faithfully represents the average American :P RIP Earl Hindman.

Can't use 3rd party content. No TV shows, uploads from other channels, or even public domain pictures for some reason. RUclips has gone down hill.

That's communism for you
@@TCM215 Copyright is the exact opposite of communism..

@@Jwnorton Right? I find autodidacts more impressive anyway.
I can't tell what's funnier, Wilson's choice of words or Tim's responses!!
IrkenExile You really can't have one without the other, they were one of the best parts of the show.
KnightsaysNi So true!
Love Holy Grail BTW
2 sides of the same coin, but they help each other when they can. Both good neighbors
I can't choose,just can't. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Fun fact from IMDb:
"The character, Wilson, was based on Tim Allen's childhood memories of when he was too short to see over a fence, and was therefore unable to see his neighbor."
George Hernandez great fact thanks for that
COOL!
What an adorable fact…
That is a neat fact. This makes me adore Wilson even more. We all deserve a neighbor like Wilson.
Wilson was such an enjoyable character.
Hidde ho good neighbor
Tim: "Wilson, is there anything that you don't know?"
Wilson: "I don't know."
What episode is that
Imagine if Wilson and Mr feeny were neighbors the conversations they'd have
I swear Boy Meets World and Home Improvement need to be in the same universe
Wilson, Mr. Feeny, Mr. Miyagi, and Uncle Iroh sitting together in a round table, drinking tea.
That's more knowledge and wisdom than any university on the planet could offer.
Epic
🤯 🙌
Id watch the hell out of that show.. It would be epic
Wilson was just the icing on the cake for this show.
If you ask me Wilson was the cake and the show was the icing.
My favorite character on Home Improvement...i love how he's both wise and funny
"No no no Tim" gets me every time! Wilson Wilson is one of the best neighbors ever. Well, besides Mr. Feeney, the greatest neighbor ever created!
Really
See him in a different role in the original film "Taking of Pelham 1, 2 &3"
Tim Allen carried the hurt of Earl Hindman's death for a long time. When he did that dual role on Last Man Standing as both Tim Taylor and Mike Baxter, Tim mentioned Wilson, and that Wilson had died, and he was still clearly hurting over his death.
Wilson is the best. Truly a wise sage, and well versed in the world.
"Mankind may have given me the headache, but nature will take it away"
Love that.
"Just hosing off my rocks" 😆😆😆😆😆😆 such a great series.
The writing on this show was excellent
My favorite was from Season 1 :
Tim: “Wilson! I need more hose.”
Wilson: “Dont we all, Tim.”
Damn! I watched this as a kid and now I’m seeing all the jokes my innocent mind didn’t get then
Anyone remember the episode he showed Tim the photo of his wedding day?
Wilson and his wife's faces were both half hidden behind the wedding cake!!...LOL!
I hope everyone can have a Wilson. Dude RULES.
Brilliant collection of double entendres from Tim and Wilson. LMFAO!
Tim Allen is one of the best comedic actors ever. He makes great satire, hilarious comebacks, and has perfect timing.
"Tim I'm shooting the moon"
"Aren't you supposed to have your pants down for that?"
Its so much fuckin funnier now that I'm old enough to actually understand these jokes 🤣
I would love to have a compliation of Wilson's Confucius sayings and Tim Allen's attempt at repeating them.
That would probably be the most hilarious video of Home improvement ever...
To see Wilson get so angry that he kicked a trashcan has me in stitches. This was a rare occurrence because he was so even tempered.
And he was still so even tempered! I mean, he only kicked it just hard enough to tip it over and get his point across.
And his fear could actually be possible
Can you also do a video similar to this of times that Tim tried to quote Wilson's lessons but failed miserably
“If I were an animal, I would be unconscious. You think about that!”
You put the idea of bad luck in my mind and let the ergo out of my subconscious
I miss this show mainly because of Wilson
Wilson was the best character in that show.
Should be called Wilson’s best double entendre’s 😂
Watching this show decades ago, I always assumed they were concealing Wilson's face for a reason. I had no idea that it was just a running gag and nothing more
“What are you doing, Wilson?”
“Admiring my yams.”
“Should I leave you alone?”
🤣
I never realized how interesting the lighting was in this show.
Love Wilson!!
I love how Wilson channelled his inner Tim at the end of #8. :D
Wilson: "What are you doing by my fence? GET OUTTA HERE!!!" Oh, wait, wrong Wilson.
*starts beatboxing*
which wilson are you being?
Dennis the Menace Mr.Wilson.
"Hey Mr Willlllsoooon!"
huh i don't know if i actually know anything about dennis the menace
5:26 Wilson loses his cool 🤣
I forgot how funny this show was. And it has aged amazingly well.
“Just hosing off my rocks”
🤣
I remember one scene where Wilson said to Tim "I don't understand why someone would want to cover their face"
Haven't seen "Home Improvement" for quiet awhile now thanks for this
*quite a while*, I have fixed your spelling. I'm sorry I only responded after two years. I'm am running behind on fixing all the youtube grammar and spelling errors.
Wilson was truly wise
There’s too many sitcoms that aren’t nearly this good today
1:12 Wilson? Did you swallow a pigeon? 😂😂😂😂
“No Tim I mutilating.”
I think for the most part this should have been titled "23 Of Tim And Wilson's Best Moments On 'Home Improvement'", being all but 1 had great back and forth from both characters in almost every clip
Great videos! !!
Wilson are you naked?
No Tim I'm wearing a hat 😂
3:23 This is the moment that defines Wilson as a character
Thank you for this. I always loved the Wilson bits!
I sure miss home improvement , my late mother really enjoyed watching it too ! R.I.P. !! Earl Hindman aka Wilson !!! 😢🌷🌸💐🌺🌹🕊
Wilson was the best there ever was. Too bad we needed him the most in this time of need.
Looking back on this comment 2 years later, you had no fucking clue what was in store.
most of these are tim's response to whatever wilson is doing. also such a great running gag that we never see his full face
I guess Home Improvement was ahead of their time with Wilson with the ‘covering the face’ thing
I've been thinking that. With all of us having to wear masks now while we are out somewhere, we're kind of hidden like Wilson.
I'm sure he would've been intrigued by it. RIP Earl Hindman.
I love how even in those moments where Wilson isn’t behind the fence, he is still shown handling an object covering his mouth 😂
Watching this, I can’t believe the amount of adult humor I missed as a kid. 😂
"No Tim, I'm wearing a hat." 😆
The one were Tim wakes up Wilson to ask if he had an annoying neighbor is a classic

Socrates did say that he was wisest because he knew nothing.
Sounds pretty arrogant if you ask me ;D
Catholic Conservative It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt.
The fact that all these jokes went over my head as a kid 🤣
That last was so out of character absolutely hilarious
But completely warranted regardless. Haha He must have forgotten his lessons on stoicism that day.
This was a good concept and idea but it would drive me crazy when I was kid cuz I would scream at the tv "show your damn face!!!"
I love how important this show was to me when I didn't notice
Definitely one of the best parts of the show. Thanks for the video!
Wow, I was WAY too young to get all the Wilson jokes when I watched this show.
#1 is fantastic, although I absolutely love #8 with Wilson's "No, nononono." XD
Rest in peace good buddy

You made a mistake in the description Next of Ken. Home Improvement was on ABC, not Fox.
Everybody needs a wilson in their lives
How there is NOT a supercut of EVERY Wilson wisdom moment is downright criminal 😩
Wilson was such an amazing character.
So much of Tim's comedy is about balls. And it's awesome!
Wilson was the show and Al
5:25 My absolute favorite part!
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
This is the one I came here hoping to find 😆😆
I haven't watched this show in years... you're reminding me why we did when it aired.
#2
Wilson sensed the Tommy Westphall Snowglobe!
Wilson is **great!**
That last clip - I'd never seen Wilson angry before! That was a surprise!
Willson molded me into the man i am now. RIP willson, you were an american hero and truly woke beyond your years.
“Like the Chinese boy, that smelled his own yogurt” Tim never really gets what Wilson says, but he gets the jist of it.
“There was a time when I thought my extensive research into ancient tribal cultures, obscure scientific data and the thoughts of ancient philosophers would never come in handy. Then you moved in!”
🤣
so many balls jokes. XD
"Hidy Ho Neighborino!"
MegaBRD The Movie Nerd your awesome brah
DeeJay Hew Len Thanks bruh

There’s only one word to describe Wilson and I can do it in an emoji 🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐

poke your head up over the fence
“what are you doing Wilson”
I wouldn't be surprised at all if Wilson were an angel, or even God in human form.
1:24 That’s what she said!!😆
The one time jill goes to the fence in this video, wilson loses it. Lol
The best bit is definitely when he was painting a self portrait and he was only done with just above the nose and up
Why cut out the philosophical parts?
i really miss them so much
My favorite Wilson goes “men can’t bear children..” Tim: oh i don’t mind the boys that much
3:23 Numbers 9 and 8. Too damn funny.
You left out the best part; where Wilson says, "no no no no no no Tim..."
I like how Tim always screwed Wilson's advice up.
3:44 I think I'm one of them. AAAAAOOWWWAAA!
About friggin' time!
My names Wilson too 😂

*sniffs*
I'm not crying, YOU ARE!
Zacman1123 #2?
davincent98 No. Seeing Wilson always makes me teary-eyed cause he passed away in 2003.
Zacman1123 that's what #2 made me think of.
