Very educative episode... I had PPD in my 4th trimester and no one knew. I saw my baby and I kept looking for faults, just didn't like him.
Thank God for information and research before the baby came. I was able to identify it was depression and tried to fight and manage it.

Yeah. My water didn't break too. They helped me break my water at 7cm dilation. I was really worried because I had watched a lot if RUclips videos where people pranked with water breaking and all. So I felt it was an essential part of labour. But water breaking didn't happen for me.
😂 my water didn't break in my 2 pregnancies. In my 2nd pregnancy, I was in labor whilst making my hair 😂 I said "never to be caught unfresh". My baby had already crowned when I got to the hospital and my water was raptured.
I have learnt a whole lot from this episode
