The Congregation of the Fathers of Mercy, which was founded in 1808, originally under the title of “The Missionaries of France.” The community was founded for the purpose of re-evangelizing the people of France after the Catholic Faith had been subjected to years of attacks and persecution during the French Revolution. It is now exclusively an American community. The Generalate of the Congregation is located in Auburn, Kentucky. The primary apostolate of the Fathers of Mercy is to conduct parish missions and retreats throughout the United States and other countries when called upon. The Congregation also staffs rural parishes in the Archdiocese of Louisville, Kentucky.

...prior to winding down my evening on this Thirty-Third Sunday, I took a chance & listened to your Homily on the parable/investment of talents-thank you Father..outstanding contribution . It was the 4th intrepretation of the same Parable I had considered in the last 36hrs..all left me.. empty or questioning .. unsatisfied. You quite simply grasped the concept so that it rung so clear, true ..

Be careful father, you're speaking the Truth... and we can clearly see what the Vatican, the government and popular society does to people who speak the Truth. God protect you.
It amazes me that many in the world work so hard and end up alone and with very little, let alone enough to get by on after about 55. Yet there are others who choose cushy careers and have it made.
My priest gave the same sermon in the UK, I understand the message, but I've no idea what gift or gifts I've been given and I'm 44.

God's whole purpose:
Jesus is first both in time and in preeminence. Jesus is our creator, but he was created by the one who begot him, which is God (John 5:26, Colossians 1:15-18). Jesus is the only way to become one with the Father, just as they are as one (John 17:22). This is the will of God; for us to be with Him in heaven (John 3:16). God opens a way in which all can be saved through His Son; when we believe in Jesus and have a relationship with him, God will draw us closer and we will follow Jesus back to the Father. The goal is to be with the Father, for “that where Jesus is, there we will be also” (John 14:3).

Incredible… missing the point altogether. God is the judge. Don’t use excuses to sin so that you judgement can be a delight and not eternal torment. The message is simple.
WOW, the audacity of this priest to speak as if Leftist should be like everyone else (smart, rich, etc, non-disabled, white, strong, etc.). That was a really poor judgement and sickening priest. 👎🏽👎🏽😡😡👎🏽👎🏽😡😡👎🏽👎🏽😡😡 He just planted hatred into the minds of the laymen, and upon leaving church, they will carry out his evil/poisonous words and hate on others for not being exactly like them.
Equal opportunity and equal justice can be measured. Social justice changes targets daily and the complainers are never satisfied.
