I'm sorry to hear this...I was wondering when I saw they were gone...so sad. We had a Maltese and when my kids were in high school she was stuck at home all the time bc they played every sport, and wasn't fair to her...we had a nice couple adopt her and she died a month later...she loved my husband to pieces...we mourned our loss and certain she missed him and just gave up. We still talk about her 10 years later...I love your channel and content...we have a lot in common and could see us being friends, in the not weird she said that on the internet way...you have good spirit.
If you like my content, oh yes we could be friends. That is the best compliment, in the not weird she said that on the internet way…🤣It just breaks your heart to lose something you are so close to.🥰
This JUST happened to me! One of my roosters had a special lady that never left his side. If you saw one, you saw the other. He got sick and died, and she would not come out of the coop. I would pick her up and take her out to the feeder and she'd eat and drink but she'd go right back in the coop afterward and she died for no apparent reason a couple of weeks after him. I was telling the breeder that I got them from about it and she said she had the same thing happen to her last year. It's crazy to think that they can hurt like humans but I now know they really do!!
It is just so sad. God definitely made them to be social creatures. It is so heartbreaking to watch. I know I felt so helpless. I am so glad you shared your story with me. It just reassured me that I’m not crazy.🤣❤️
Mine pretty much always roost in the same spot. Poor little guy, he lost his forever love. No they aren't human, but they do have emotions. My granddaddy passed away and his little dog grieved himself to death. He was always with grandpa and slept with him. After pa passed he wouldn't eat and lay in pa's chair looking so sad. Granny did everything she could to help him but he passed in the night.
I believe they have feelings. I know I cried my eyes out. 😭 It was just so sad. Thank you for sharing your story. It sounds like he truly loved your grandpa.🥰 I’m also glad to know someone else’s chickens roost in the same spot.😊🐓
I’m so glad I found your RUclips channel. I believe they have feelings. What a sweet love story.❤
Thank you much.🥰 They are very social creatures. They were a sweet pair. I miss them all the time.❤️

I 💕 you and your channel.
Thank you so much! That really means a lot to me. 😘🐓
They were some fancy looking chickens...all dressy like black and white formal wear.
Interesting story
I could tell you were fighting back the tears trying to tell the story.😢
I had to swallow a few times to keep it back.😭🤣
I know this and learned the hard way. So sad.
I gave one of a pair to my niece. The one I gave away and the one I kept died two days later, same day.
It is so heartbreaking. I wouldn’t have believed it if I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes. 💔
My chickens roost in the same places each night.
