👏👏Yeah Jane 👍Love it. When I watch Pt. 1, I thought, I know this. Then you moved onto Pt. 2 & 3 and you blew my mind. At 76yo, I'm still learning, Thank you. I will be sharing this with my friends. Love your work. Great video 😘
I can’t believe how neat and finished the back looks. I really like this series, Jane. With some practice and watching these videos I’m going to try and master this. Thanks so much ❤gayle
Thanks so much. I was the same, Loved colour, Hated ends! but now I just work them in and accept a few stray threads popping out, it is what gives it the handmade personality
So, I've had fun trying to adapt your method to my 4 round granny square today. My first square fried my brain, but I got to the end. My second square was easier, but I was left wondering if getting my darning needle out would still be the best option. My third square saw much progress and I've just finished my fourth feeling like I've turned a corner and this IS the way forward! Thank you ❤
I can't thank you enough for this series! I learned to crochet many years ago, and have just picked it up again and I want to up my skill levels.... It has always bothered me carrying over and also weaving in ends, every time I crocheted. I knew there just had to be a better method.....I can not begin to tell you how much I have enjoyed learning new techniques from you.
This set of 3 tutorials has been fantastic. I do intend to make a number of these mandala squares and will follow these 3 in conjunction with the tutorial and written pattern (will organise that straight away) and will start making them after I finish my WIP. I’ve recently finished a mandala blanket and am so proud of it but it did get awkward on my knees…and warm, but after seeing your joining video I went straight to your home page and when I saw the mandala I was hooked…no pun implied 😊. Needless to say I’ve subbed and will be viewing your other projects while I finish my WIP. Thank you so very much. Bye 💁🏼♀️
So glad you liked this series, and the Mandala square. It will work great in a blanket. Try the join as you go method too, it works up nicely. Enjoy and thanks for watching and subbing!
I just came across your channel & have to say I love it.💗 Your voice & manner are so pleasant. This tutorial on ends is something I’ve never seen before in my 40 years of crocheting. Thank you for the answer to handling those devilish ends! And your colorwork is beautiful & inspiring me to try more grannies!!!💗😊☕️
I use a variety, what ever I can find easily and has lots of colours. My go to yarns are any worsted weights from Bernat, Red Heart and Loops and Threads

It looks a bit complex but nicely explained. Will def give this a try. Thank you for sharing
This one looks harder than it is. It does take a few tries, but then it makes sense. Hope it works for you 🙂
