I know my comment to yours is late but the plainest white walls you can achieve is the modern wall or getting white paintings and placing them everywhere. Hope this helps :)

You would need to buy THEE vip game pass you equip plastic or smooth texture and you're done! Not only that but you can do it to different houses too not just the mansion
