On the seventy-third day of ATR, we decided to explore Goa in a unique manner. For many of us, Goa has always been synonymous with drinking, dancing, partying, and food. However, it offers much more. The diversity of wildlife here is something everyone should appreciate.
We headed to Mahavir Wildlife Sanctuary to capture the beauty of the blue-eared kingfisher. We patiently waited for hours until it finally appeared, allowing us to capture stunning images. Later, we embarked on a night safari and encountered something unexpectedly fascinating. Stay tuned for tomorrow’s vlog!

Surla,dhudsagar waterfalls,and surla ghat are famous there. Impotantly bhagawan Mahaveer WLS and adjacent to it mahadayi WLS and bhimagad WLS in Karnataka (they need status of tiger reserve please rise voice) are inter connected . these are corridor for wildlife from Anshi national park(Kali tiger reserve) Karnataka to Amboli,tillari,radhanagari WLS,Sahyadri tiger reserve(Maharashtra),until Surat (last point of western ghats)Gujarat.

Nice video! Thank you for talking about not feeding the monkeys.. Much needed in Indian forests! Also you forgot to mention a very beautiful kingfisher that is the Collared kingfisher! It is seen nicely in zuari river !! Good luck for the series!

You can come to sunderbans for the royal bengal tiger as well as brown wing kingfisher, ruddy kingfisher and collared kingfisher and others

Nice video Mam showing the other side of Goa and advice on not to feed monkeys.
Regarding Kingfishers, one suggestion..you should plan to visit Poovar Island in Kerala backwaters ( between Kanyakumari & Thiruvananthapuram) sometime...I remember seeing at least 2-3 varieties of Kingfishers there last year. Look forward to all your upcoming Vlogs...

really didnt know about the diversity there! went there for birding as well and saw blue tailed bee eaters, lesser adjutants, brahminy kites and excluding birds, i saw multiple bevies of river otters!
