Niler, you totally saved my life. I finally got the screws out and disassembled the book but couldn't get it back together. Your video is so clear and precise, I just kept pausing it and moved to the next step. Only thing is I have a 3 hole book but my refills came with only 2 extenders so I put them on the ends. Again thanks.

My post has a place for a screw driver on one end but the other end is flat (actually slightly curved) with no way to hold it with pliers ... I can't get the bolt off.
Thanks for your reply. It could be that the screws are stripped. Maybe you could take it back where you bought it and do an exchange. That one could just be bad. I hope this helps.
