Thanks for Knock Knees from Top Speed (1930). While Laura Lee carries the number with her singing and dancing, my favorite comic in pre-code and early code films, Joe E. Brown, did his usual big mouth antics. With a nice attempt at hoofing...😃.
Charming.. Joe was no Fred Astaire.. Reminds me of Prep Step with Oakey and Helen Kane but Oakie could dance a little and better all around singer and performer.
Brown was what was known as an "eccentric," dancer, a form forgotten today. Others were Buddy Ebsen, Ray Bolger, Oakie, even Al Jolson. And many others.
We do not have to be shy here, this is from the film "Top Speed". Laura Lee was only in 5 films.
Joe E Brown!
Delightful! Thanks for uploading.
amazing

Believe it or not, Joe E Brown was a fine dramatic actor, as well.

Laura Lee was quite impressive. A shame she didn't have a bigger career.
What film is this number from?
Top Speed
Knock knees was as bad as covid
So much better than the dire crap nowadays. 😂
