Hello great question feel free to listen as long as you would like but of course the longer the better. We recommend minimally meditate 10-15 mins as mind quiets down after 10 mins in meditation for the most effects. You can also put it on loop or listen throughout the night or in the background in the day in receiving the subliminal. Xoxo
