I am sharing a 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 project of mine, from my own portfolio, so you can go ahead and copy the same techniques, for your portfolio.

Hi, Christina. Is there any specific number of pages that should be in the portfolio?
Hey Sahri, there are no specifics as such. But if I am looking at 3-5 self directed projects as I mentioned in the video, then I would ideally restrict my entire portfolio to 15 to 20 pages.

Is it necessary to add fabric swatches, colours , theme pictures in mood board if I am making swatch board, colour board, theme board, mood board separately?
Hi! You can do it separately, there are no set rules on the format to be followed.

Hey Amritha! At the moment in corporate retail brands, Adobe illustrator is the leading software. Clo3D could pick up in the upcoming years but for now you can focus on Illustrator mainly and Photoshop next. Hope that helps!

Hi Shaswati, for the designer jobs in Indian companies, your portfolio needs to be done in Adobe Illustrator as much as possible as it’s the standard industry software. I speak more about this here:
