Hi Nidhi! If it’s to create a fashion design portfolio then unfortunately we do not draw by hand at all (except sometimes for ideation sketches). Everything is digitalized today. The point of creating a portfolio is to help showcase your skills in order to find a job at a company and we create our Portfolio with Illustrator because one of our main tasks once we eventually get a job, is exactly that - digitally creating flat sketches/illustrations on AI, which is the standard fashion industry software globally. We therefore do not draw anything by hand and knowing Illustrator is an absolute must. Hope that gives you some clarity!

Hi! I rarely use a tab anymore but if you’re really keen on getting one, Wacom is a good company. I just use my laptop’s mousepad to illustrate. Hope that helps!
Hey Amritha! At the moment in corporate retail brands, Adobe illustrator is the leading software. Clo3D could pick up in the upcoming years but for now you can focus on Illustrator mainly and Photoshop next. Hope that helps!
