- I think I threw Gotenks a bone lol I made this video after someone made a stupid comment when I was watching a Gotenks Amv He said that Gotenks can beat Vegito because he has the Kamikazi Ghost (btw right when Gotenks did his ghost attack, I started rushing because I had to go to school in a little while)

Hyper sonic so true. That’s because they used fusion earrings. Doing the fusion dance requires one to lower there power to the other and so lowering the power of the fusion. The earrings don’t require the dropping of ones power level to match the others. So vegito in base can definitely beat gotenks in super saiyan 1 and 2. Not to sure about 3 tho but still possible.

If Base Vegetto = SSJ4 Goku than Goku would need SSJ4 to beat Gohan Buu since Base Vegetto and Gohan Buu were fighting evenly and in the Japanese Dub he told Vegetto he wasn't taking him seriously. Not to mention Super Baby Vegeta (who has Vegeta's memories and abilities) and Goku said Baby had the greatest power any Saiyan had ever achieved so that implies Super Baby Vegeta > SSJ Vegetto.

@LordKrezos i think it's the other way actually. If my memory serves, the dance fusions were more powerful because first off, they aren't "permanent" like the potara are supposed to be, they're also harder to do because you need time to complete the fusion dance as opposed to just putting on the earring.

At one point, Vegito started looking like Gohan...
Battle of Gods CLEARLY states straight out that even after the 10 years after Buu that Goku's base form could not beat Frieza at full power from Namek.
The kids were in fact pretty far away from the adults, and the adults were barely powered up at all. God only knows why they had vegeta shown as SSJ and sweating in such low gravity settings.

Actually, Goku refused to fuse against Kid Buu and Vegeta later said that Goku could've killed Kid Buu for sure. The only problem is, Kid Buu (Like the other Buus) seems to have an infinite amount of ki so, as the fight wore on, Goku got weaker and weaker.
Goku was sure he could kill Kid Buu, but wasn't even sure if he could've defeated Fat Buu, suggesting even Evil Fat Buu was stronger than Kid Buu. Kid Buu's just less restrained since he doesn't have the Grand Kai's innocence.
In my oppinion Vegeta was fighting this whole fight and then at the end Goku says sure you can fuse but its not quite the same you can tell by the facial expression like on part 0:41 that was Vegeta's facial expression.

The power levels I stated came from Daizenshu guide that was written by Akira so there is no arguing against it. Goku's power level on Namek when he landed was 90,000 after his beating from Vegeata it was 3,000,000 as SSJ1 it was 150,000,000. Being that 18 is stronger then frieza that makes the boys base levels unfused higher then Frieza's max.

Wow this looks real and I bet you got some audio from DBZ Budokai tenkaichi 3 because I heard some of the stuff they said in the game.
@ShaggyGogeta - According to the manga Frieza's Final Form at 100% was around 12,000,000 and SSJ Goku at that point was 15,000,000. I'm not sure if Kai's statement was meant to be taken literally but who knows. There are no truly accurate power level figures after the end of the Frieza Saga so Buu's power level might be that much higher than Frieza's for all we know.
I don't think Vegito even needed to go Super Saiyan to win.
