Thank you!! That clothes shaver revived many of my sweaters! The double sided tape comes in rolls -a better value than strips. Also, you can create faux ruching by pulling the "ponytail" of the shirt towards the INside, tie INside instead of outside. Tweak & adjust until you're happy. (Old Lularoe videos are GREAT for discovering those tie hacks)
In case you didn't notice.. it says TEXT TITLE HERE twice in the video...Just thought I'd point out the obvious in case you wanted to tell me again in the comments xoxo
You're the fashion hack genius!! I never thought of using the fashion tape on my denim shorts that have the roll. They drive me crazy coming unrolled constantly. The clear elastic tricks are genius, as well!! I knew some of the hacks but others I'd never thought of. Thank you for this video!!
Great use of the clear hair ties! Been tying shirts lately and worried I’d ruin them in long run...then always fumbling to retie them and never seem to be as good as the first knot! Genius!!
Great video I love the one about the extra long belt that was too big on ur waistline. Also the one where the shirt was too baggy to tuck into the skirt and u tied it in the back! Super helpful and I had not seen these in any other videos
Loved this video!! I never thought of using double sided tape for shorts with a cuff! Thats such a great idea! :) Also need to purchase some clear hair ties!!!
Loved this! I never thought about double sided tape for my belts! I've been using command those strips that you're supposed to use for hanging pictures on the wall LOL! I just cut them thin or thick and they work perfectly and stay for so long! Time to invest in clear rubber bands and double sided tape.
Hey Amanda thanks for making this video! So glad I found your channel because your style is so modest and girly. As a teacher I am so inspired by your outfits! Keep up the great work! ❤️❤️❤️
I’ve always wanted a fabric shaver. I wear cardigans almost daily (even in the summer since I’m always cold at work), and some of them are in desperate need of refreshing. Just ordered the one you have along with some more clear elastics (I use them for my daughter’s hair all the time too) and more fashion tape. Thanks for the video!
Love these hacks! I’ve been doing the clear hair tie and belt idea since you mentioned it in a previous video. ❤️ A couple tips I have.. double sided tape on top of a bra strap will keep it from slipping past your tank top when you really want to wear a full bra. Also, keep the little foam pads attached to hangers from the dry cleaners. They work perfectly for wiping off deodorant on a black top or dress. Amazon also sells a little foam sponge just for this.
I just recently found your channel and I am sub'd and addicted! I love hacks and this one had some great one's! Gotta get that fabric shaver as well! xoxoxo
I have that same too long thin leopard belt! Had it on yesterday, as I was headed out I realized the buckle was the only gold item I was wearing, so I slid it off. I am SO using your brilliant over loupe and under technique next...it completely hid the buckle/metal. It's like getting two belts in one! And it is super cute. The clear elastic on a belt tail, again mind blown. So simple. I see you used that tape on that blush blouse, and I am shocked! I have so many of that same material in my closet and my Hollywood double stick won't adhere (I don't have the version you use). I need to use it in the sleeve roll as that material won't stay cuffed. Give us a part two...you have more secrets up your perfectly cuffed sleeve, I just know it. Spill them! XO
I’ve never had a fabric shaver that worked correctly for more than a few uses. I switched to cheap, disposable razors. Lay the clothing flat and hold it taut with the opposite hand and shave away the pills. Throw the razor away when it becomes ineffective.
Hi! Will you pleaee show how you tie a denim.jacket or a button down shirt around your waist? It always looks big and bulky when I do it. Also do you take it off when you sit or get in your car?
Loved these for some reason the struggle is real when I have to tie or tuck in shirts lol... on the topic of "sticky boobs" could you do a whole video dedicated on your favorite undergarments (spanx, slips, etc) for dresses...
I do the same thing with loose belt ends. And you just saved me with the hack to shorten dresses! Thank you! I recently searched for this and was about to try to just wear a belt with the dress and kind of pull it up a little and let the excess fabric bulk over the belt (don't know if anybody understands what I mean). But I'm definitely going to try your method.
Very much admire you because you’re simple and even if the footage of your video has some flaws. I appreciated that you are genuine the hacks that you’re sharing are really awesome. thank you very much lots of love
Hi Friends! I'm so happy to finally get this video up! If you found it helpful be sure to give it a thumbs up and share it with a friend :)

You can use toupee tape instead of fashion tape. You can get it at Sally Beauty Supply and it is way cheaper than that brand of fashion tape
