Great vid- straightforward, very informative and practical, nice looking, functional tools as a result. Enjoyed that a lot and have saved it for much needed future reference. Thank you👍
Thanks Peter. I just copped Brummie lock pickers design really. I wanted to have a go myself and log what I did so hopefully it might help others. Lever lock picks are super expensive and the cheap Chinese ones (still expensive in my eyes) only work on a few locks. With a bit of effort someone could have a good lever lock pick kit very cheaply. And I think they look good too. Some videos coming soon using these picks.
Thank you for this video, I'm coming back to this video in a few months after I've got my black belt done. Really wanna try lever locks they look incredibly fun to do. Have a great week Roy and thanks for sharing the techniques
I enjoyed making this video and hopefully it helps someone get into lever lock picking without having to spend loads of money on picks. Thanks for watching : )
This is an awesome tutorial, thank you for taking the time to do this video. This clears up a lot of questions I had about how these were made. Pretty cool that you have all the static machinery to make making these a lot easier than by doing everything with files. Cheers mate
Having equipment like this speeds up the process and takes out some elbow grease Haaa!!! A dremmel with a cutting disk will also work to make the groove. Cheers PW.
Just amazed at what you accomplish Roy really Great skill and some awesome tools and pick wires are perfect Well done my brother Thanks for sharing Stay well
I know that feeling all too well. I recently watched Lock Noob demonstrate a tool for picking dimple locks. It's on my list of jobs to do now, to make my own version. Thanks for watching and commenting Michael.
I have to give Brummie Lock Picker all the credit, they are modeled from his design. I put a link in my video description showing his original concept. Thank you for watching and commenting.
It's my maintenance workshop at work. Quite a few tools in a small small space. To be honest most of those tools just make the job easier and much quicker. It's great I can use the variety of tools to help with my lock sport venture. And credit to Brummie as that's his design I stole. Cheers for watching.
Wow. Wonderful video. I've not been able to find pipe picks in the US and they are very expensive elsewhere. If I can round up these materials and tools will have to give this a go. Again, awesome job and video!
Thank you Thumper, I am doo pleased to reach the 500 mark. For me it's about sharing with the community and that lock sport community spirit. I enjoyed making this video and you received my prototype before I put this video together.
Haaaaaaa now I wonder who gave me the inspiration to make this video🤔. To be honest I was never going to spend loads of cask on lever lock picks, they ate so expensive. The Chinese ones tend to only open a small range of locks so I put lever lock picking on hold. When you started making tools I decided to have a go and dabble myself. Cheers Brummie for the inspiration.
It's my little maintenance workshop at work. The tools make it quicker to produce. I made this video over a few weeks when I could grab a few minutes or over my lunch period. I didn't think to do a close up of bending the wire. Brummie has some great videos with close ups. Defo a cute video as a compliment to this one. Thanks for watching.
Brummie has a great video too, I put a link in the description. Took me a few weeks to shoot all the 16 parts to this video and I was struggling a little too try and keep it short. My son kindly helped me to edit it, actually he edited it and was able to shorten it substantially. Thanks for watching.
Simple tools could be used like a file, hacksaw and drill. A cheap tap could be used to thread the holes. I used the tools I had because it just makes it easier and most of all quicker. Thanks for watching.
I can see a pattern occurring here, £5 tools and 500 subs, congratulations for both mate, well done all round ;-) And I've just noticed it was Brummies video 52 that inspired you.. I rest my case Lol.
Great tutorial and some awesome tools you've made there👌 I want to get into lever picking this year some time so this is a great guide I can refer too, cheers for sharing. Congratulations on 50O Subscribers, very well deserved👏 Have a great day my friend😄✌️
I have been encouraged so much by people like Brummie, Pompey, Jack Fox, Mr Capune and Coxy in the lever lock picking venture. I love watching you pick so seeing you have a crack at lever locks would be awesome.
Thanks for pointing me to these videos Roy. Still don’t think I’ve ever seen a cabinet with that type of lock, but now I know what to do if I do 🙂
Thank you so much for going back through my videos and taking a look.
Much appreciated.

Great work!!!!
That is a wonderful kit for very little money 😀
🐾🐈⬛🐈🐾🇬🇧👏👏👏👏👏👏
It really is and I think in the right hands that kit would open loads of lever locks.
Incredible video. Very impressive.

Roy how much is the whole kit? It's perfect for me. Robbie from Huyton Liverpool UK
ASAP....
I reckon that for around £20 to £25 you would have a kit like what's in the plastic tub. The rest is time and effort in build
Buddy you just made my day l need a set like that ASAP please contact me if you have time and I'll buy the set +.
