I'm so done! I have lowered my expectations as far as they can go. I'm done being embarrassed , done feeling angry, done feeling so damn sad. My country, is making me ill. No pun intended. I'm sure there are plenty of people who would tell me to move. If only they would take us.
Many in other countries are incredibly saddened and horrified by the situation facing ordinary American people on a daily basis. It has been a struggle for all of us during this global pandemic and we have all had to make sacrifices but at least we had united leadership giving us a consistent clear message on what needed to be done, who were willing to let medical experts take front stage and who were genuinely motivated to minimise the impact whilst balancing it with plans for a sustainable economic future. People were frustrated but eventually most realised we needed to work together in order to succeed. I hope there will be better times soon for you.
