The fact that they practiced with sandbags on their legs makes you really wonder what sort of extremities they went through to debut back then. This also explains why they are such great performers. Reminds me of what taehyun said once that it's all about hardwork and not just talent. I am honestly so proud of them for coming this far, overcoming so many obstacles :(
