I can definitely hear Angie Stone voice under Mary’s. The cadence of the lyrics are indicative of an Angie Stone song. D’Angelo whispered voice gives juice. I’m a fan of all three. But Mary version just sounds like she did a cover. Yes it sounds good because it’s MJB. So yes Mary’s version sounds saucy cause you can clearly hear D’Angelo & Angie then Mary over them, of course that’s going to sound good but for me the original with D’Angelo & Angie is extra saucy …. Nothing ever beats the original in anything
