I guess this is as close as we can get to see a crossover seeing as the original basis for the speculation that Godzilla and King Kong could crossover with the Pacific Rim universe was that they shared a production company in Legendary. However, this was always a little unlikely, as it would involve coordination between the film series’ current production companies.
Jaeger: 80 meters
Godzilla: 120 meters
Mega kaiju: 128 meters
Kong: 102 meters
He used the godzilla 2014 and he was 108 meters in 2014
Robot godzilla was 125 meters
When you hear the Pacific Rim theme in this fight, it makes you almost root for the Jaegers and the Rangers who pilot them. But when you know how powerful Godzilla is, you know that Godzilla is far more dangerous than any Kaiju the Jaegers have ever faced and that the Jaegers have little to no chance of slaying the King of the Monsters.

I think a scenario more feasible is: the Jaegers going to fight a Kaiju signal just to find Godzilla beating the Kaiju ass death... then they would probably analyze why 2 Kaijus are fighting, just to find that Godzilla despite the radiation levels looks like is composed the materials from Earth and doesn't have the physiology of the Kaijus. They might fight, but in the end, they will only monitore her.
Clearly, this needed to be done. I had thought of something similar, but with Godzilla attacking the other Kaiju instead of the Jaegers. They at first try to attack Godzilla, but quickly come to an understanding... he's there to protect Earth, and is on their side.

This match is obviously one-sided, but you can't deny, it's more respectable and better executed match-up to the Jaegers compared to fight with Otachi and Leatherback, especially Cherno Alpha who got to show off it's muscles and missiles which I didn't know existed.
Playing at 0.75 makes it look like a legit Pacific Rim scene.
So that's how they did it

In this fight we get to see how much of an absolute unit Cherno Alpha is (he lasts longer than in the movie at least)
It's pretty good, but there are two problems. His breath weapon is WAY stronger (that's sort of like it was in the first film after he just woke up), and he doesn't hunt down and kill helpless stuff (except Ghidorah). Once the Jaeger ceased to be a threat he'd ignore it.
If you ever did a part 2 I would suggest a Kaiju interrupts them and they team up. Create a partnership of convenience. Then Godzilla wouldn't see Gypsy as a threat and the humans could decide to wait until they knew more before they attacked again.
It would split the jaegers in half of burn there back to a crisp

For those complaining about godzilas' size here:
While it is true he IS smaller than the mega kaiju, however the mega kaiju is around 10,000 tones, godzilla 2014 is around 90,000 tones. Even if he was just barely bigger the the Jaeger`s(not to mention that he is about 50-85 feet taller than them), they wouldn't be able to move him much less actually hurt him.
P.S. the mega kaiju still tossed the Jaegers around like ragdolls, so the chances of Godzilla not doing even more damage to them is 0...

@@whitehaddockschannel9220 Well, Gipsy Danger is actually 79.25 meters, a 27.45 meter difference. So Gipsy is exactly 85.3 feet shorter than godzilla. So I wasn't too far off.
Also, Gipsy Avenger is actually 81.77 meters, so he is actually taller than Danger.
The Mega Kaiju can't be 10 000 tons, since if it was then the Jaegers wouldn't be able to scratch him in the movie.

Man all these comments have are negative things like "Godzilla is heavy he shouldn't move too fast" or "the atomic breath looks like fire" like who cares this is the best animation I've seen so far and would love a part 2 because this shows a lot of talent and effort core puts into these videos and now a days we don't have animators like core here and everyone's moaning about how bad the little things are instead of appreciating cores work and people are taking this for granted
P.s. to those who are complaining about Godzilla should be bigger and his atomic breathe should be stronger then this wouldn't be much of a video since all he needs to do is step on them and they are done but if you think about it of course he has to nerf Godzilla after all he is literally going up against tin cans with arms and legs as sticks plus this shows they can't even handle a nerfed version of Godzilla which I love because he's the king of monsters and has gone against mecha-versions of himself and others so of course he's gonna win no matter how much he gets nerfed plus I'm glad core nerfed him because again without it it wouldn't be really much if the fight is over in 1 second instead of having this bad@ss battle
Thats why people dont like it since people want accurate battle even if it last one second. If both where equal stregnth than ya it make since that it would take a while to beat each other up. But if you are going to put something really powerful against something weak. Dont give the powerful one a bad name by struggling with the weak one.

I love Pacific Rim and i know this is only for fun and not to be accurate and great job btw but i only want to point out that 2014 Godzilla weight around 90 000 tons and tanked Castle Bravo. Jaegers weight around 2000-2500 tons and their durability is not even close to Godzilla. Godzilla would tear them apart like lego toys. And Del Toro stated that 2014 Godzilla would be probably a category 8 Kaiju in Pacific Rim universe.
The first jagears weigh around 7k tons
Jaegers sink, so therefore they weigh about 15k tons. And Slattern tanked a 80 megaton bomb (I pixel measured it) and his durability scales somewhat to the Jaegers.

And also don't forget that the nuke went off right in Gipsy Danger's face (Gipsy survived the nuke to the face, while already being heavily damaged). Jaeger armor can resist nukes as well, not just Godzilla. That's what the majority of Godzilla fans don't get (especially the fanboys).

Phlix Carbon Kiryu is only 60 meters tall and the new legendary Godzilla in the new movie is now 119 meters, so almost double.

This was beautifully made. I didnt mind the under powered atomic breath because he really would have killed them both on the spot. It gave them a little more leg room. Very well made.

Loved it, great job! I'm sure it took hard work for this awesome video.
But I just respectfully want to point out that Godzilla weighs over 90,000 tons and is more than twice the height of the Jaegers. He'd of easily ripped them apart within seconds like he destroys buildings. Perhaps only their agility would buy them minutes in a dedicated battle, but we're not even taking Godzilla's atomic breath into consideration here.
