You should not be at cutting speed until that blade is in the cut line. Once you lower the blade a couple inches in the cut line you can increase speed to what ever it is you want it at. And always lower your RPMs when you pull the blade out of cut. This is just for safety reasons but the other reason is your blade is clearly wobbling at the higher RPMs and is cutting or wearing into the water supplies lines inside the blade guard. So lower RMPs until inside cut and lower RPMs when you pullout of cut.
Enjoyed reading the comments. I am the engineer who designed the machine about 11 or 12 years ago. Yes the machine is safe. Yes it is loud. If you use water there is no issue with silicosis. It must be operated in well ventilated areas. It is a diesel so Carbon Monoxide is not a huge issue like gasoline. This operator and company are good at what they do. It is not overkill for the Blade size. This machine actually had an even larger blade.of 60" diameter.
A blade that size is at least $2,000. Possibly more depending on the type of blade. You have some blades where the diamonds are bonded a certain way to deal with excessive rebar. And a few other types. They're super pricey.
I seen that blade come off the saw and it flew about 150-200ft into the corn field. The scariest shit ever. The guy turn albino quick never got his color back.
Damn...just when I thought I ran a big husqvarna saw, I literally see a guy driving one. Yes I would buy this if I had the money, because my manhood is being challenged. Sure I might go to jail for cutting a road in half, but they would probably have to wait until I hopped off of my saw. Not to mention they would have to help me pick up my giant balls I was dragging behind me.
It runs off of a belt and not direct drive. Of course a big spinning mass could pose issues but if blade gets stuck the belt snaps. Still one cool saw.
Steve Murdock Rock saws tend to be less dangerous than wood saws but a binding blade heats up and dishes - freakin' expensive! Not a good job for those who like to daydream, heh heh...
@@williewright8787 my advise to any laborer who wants to achieve anything more is to watch everyone around you find who is good at the job you want to do and befriend them. And learn a trade
As well at the end of a job $$$$$, have a good friend that owns a concrete cutting company in the Midwest, union job, lucrative pay, hard work.. cool shit
I would like to know if cutting this DEEP requires a (811 call before you DIG) I think there could be a Gas line underneath the concrete and always keeping in mind it’s all about safety first!
i do this for a living in Canada. We like to call if theres even a chance we're over lines of any kind. Power lines can be much closer to the surface than you would like.
Absolutely.. which is another reason you want a big blade spinning slower. That way if the blade does lock up?? it doesn't lift and throw the saw up and forward at full power. Big blades 42" and up spin slow.. saves the blade.. motor.. and your laborer
Concrete cutter/ gas pipe cutter/ all underground conduits cutter and even main sewage line, holy shits that thing will take you within a mile from the earth's core hahaha
Way too much RPMs on that blade.. its a big blade so it has to spin slow. You can see it wobbling at 3:50. I do this shit for a living and for the fun of it. That blade should be spinning under 1600 RPMs.. look at that blade wobbling at the end of the video?😣
How heavy is that thing and do they make a liquid fuel powered model? Gas, propane, alcohol or something similar so you wouldn't need a cord. Also how much electricity does that need? What size generator would you need to power it properly?
Don't think he did probably has two saws with him one with a smaller blade to do the first cuts to keep straight lot of flex in a big blade like that to do a straight pass
I was looking at people using stone saws like the Stihl ts410 with it 12'' blade (which I'm getting) and was quite impressed. But then this beast came up to look at, which I thought was a funny giant joke cartoon thing. But then you fired up its diesel engine and started cutting with that massive blade! I could hardly believe it was real and nearly fell off my chair laughing.
The company wanted to install a new printing press. This floor was at a thickness of 27-28 inches. The new press required a floor thickness of 36 inches. If I remember right it was about 300 ft run end to end.
I wonder how long the blades last, im currently doing a large job, with a core cut cc1200 and i have to cut through paver, asphalt and concrete, halfway through and have used up about 5 blades had to stop because the belt snapped, but boy i can imagine when that big ass wears out you hear some real alien noises.
good job to the operator, but what people don't know is that he started with a 26" blade then a 36",42"54"with a smaller slab saw a 6600 then you bring out the big8400 that's a huskabarna slabsaw I know cause I have one my company just baught a diamond products slab saw that makes this saw in this video look like a baby toy check it out on you tube search alliance concrete cutting, and look for the video where we are cutting in the navy pier in Chicago il ,4 ft thick with a 82"blade
HOLY SHIT.. I'd hate to see it kick back..
it doesnt kick back. it would jump forward. see the rotation
No chain.
This is like watching the first ten minutes of final destination

You're sooo right I see what you mean.
is he cutting the planet in half???
It felt like it
lol
Sure looks like it....
no wonder why there was an earthquake somewhere.
hahahahaha
So that's how the Egyptians did it...
+S.V.A.S good point
Have a look at TURKEY and SYRIA and LEBANON too
They don't rent that at Home Depot!

Pretty funny people commenting who have no idea about concrete cutting.
Are the blades disposable?
Donald Meister This is a awesome machine. Can i know upto what depth it cuts.Am in demolishing biz.Thanks.
Can you slice cheese witit?
Finally Chuck Norris's nail clipper sees industrial use.

Dont let those balls near that blade....lmao
Hahaha
"How to cut concrete" ....... With a big fucking saw.
Finally, something to chop my vegetables with for stew
👍🍅🍆🍍🍉🍈🍑🍌🍠🍐🍓🍋
Gotta love going full depth with a 36 inch blade, it's the only thing that would cut right through the concrete at the airport! 👍👊💪
When I did Dallas Airport we had to spin 48" on final cut. 60" in certain spots that was wild spinning a 60
This looks more like a 48” or a 54” sir 🤣 36” is way smaller lol
Could you imagine having that thing catch on something and kickback haha... wholly shit.
Don't even talk about that
It runs off of a belt and not direct drive. Of course a big spinning mass could pose issues but if blade gets stuck the belt snaps. Still one cool saw.

The machince stalls when that happens.... Automatically shuts off.... Local 57 concrete cutter i see it everyday....
They don’t kick back. I use one every day. The blade would just lock up
The other end of the blade just came out through my street in downtown Bangladesh! Wtf Chris who's going to pay for the dirt street you destroyed?
laughing at the smoke rings
One of the best jobs a guy can look forward to in the morning....I tell you the truth......
chris jones I start tomorrow as a labor any advise you can give me ?
@@williewright8787 hey did it go are you still working as a labor? Did you like it?

В душевой ремонт буду делать, куплю такой плиткарез ! :-)
Can I buy this at Home Depot?
Chuck Norris use this saw to cut his baguette every morning.
It wouldn't kick back, the black is spinning clockwise, opposite a conventional miter/skill saw. It would kick forward lol
Absolutely.. which is another reason you want a big blade spinning slower. That way if the blade does lock up?? it doesn't lift and throw the saw up and forward at full power. Big blades 42" and up spin slow.. saves the blade.. motor.. and your laborer
it was blowing rings :D

Good work man, very impressive sir!!!
I love the smoke rings
This was used for my circumcision LOL

вот это я понимаю болгарка :-)
And THAT, my friends, is how you slice a pizza pie!
I've used a cutter like this before but smaller and only had 3ft blade on it and was powered by twin cylinder Wisconsin.
I bet that was $100000
How heavy is that thing and do they make a liquid fuel powered model? Gas, propane, alcohol or something similar so you wouldn't need a cord. Also how much electricity does that need? What size generator would you need to power it properly?
and to answer your other question at least at hour company we have a 60Kpa generator to run the electric saw off 480 3 phase cable
The Frankenstein saw.
I like that description.
That is a monster saw. But why go so deep if concrete only seems to be 6"?
Wow.. I thought the thumbnail was a fake click-bait!
I swear the photo was going to be click bait..
This is God’s own concrete saw...
You aren’t wearing much protection . Assuming machine is well designed? If blade breaks, how bad can it get you? Covers look on top of blade.
that's the LARGEST concrete saw I ever........uh, seen :D
As if it wasn't already comically huge, it had. to shoot out smoke rings like a 1920's mickey mouse cartoon.
Earths crust cutter that lol
That monster could cut to the outer core
Jheeeezzzus... Imagine the kick back loooool
why the hell would it kick back. its not a table saw. it rotates forward
I seen my husband use one of these.. Good Job sir..#onelove
Joint? Nah, he's huffing straight diesel fumes, and trying to look cool as he burns millions of brain cells. 😒 😪 😲😱
only love makes me want to do this shit
Hell yeah!
Thats what you call a circular saw! What HP is it?
84 HP
chris jones Whoa! I never would have guessed that - serious grudge slaker!
Bro we got it. It's an over cut. I would died had you of walked any further away to watch!
Omg that hurts
Was this for demoing the concrete, or cutting 1/4 depth of the slab thickness? Im thinking for removal of concrete, either way its BADASS!
Removal.
I'd love to get a bunch of blocks like that - maybe thinner (I'm guessing those are over 6" thick by the blade?). Very neat.
6 inches lol try 24
And they say not to do it all in one pass! 😂 Now THIS is efficiency!
Don't think he did probably has two saws with him one with a smaller blade to do the first cuts to keep straight lot of flex in a big blade like that to do a straight pass
That looks safe🤔
My 2 concern is why ware a white t shirt when doing this and why the dark safety glasses where are your indoor safety glasses sir

that is a hell saw!!
Why are you borrowing Chuck Norris toy
Worked at I.H.C. doing exactly that on the airport runway however in 95degree weather 12hr shifts
Looking for the Precision Machine to cut the Concrete[RCC]Pipes of Diameter 600mm in certain degree.Pls send mail to me
Why are they cutting it?
The company wanted to install a new printing press. This floor was at a thickness of 27-28 inches. The new press required a floor thickness of 36 inches. If I remember right it was about 300 ft run end to end.
why concrete cutting? never understood
Way oversized and too deep for a 4-6" slab. I bet he was hoping to find some conduits with that one.
нужно такую , только на 22й платформе
Holy crap how deep does that thing cut
El_Ectric guessing that it might be a 48" blade he's likely only cutting 20".
where does it sell? is it ready for sell on amazon, alibaba or ebay? plz tell me how to buying it , Iam very interest. Iam come from VietNAm. thanks!
Boris Badenov requesting when u r done
I like this machine! Do you think 230/460 vac motor with gearbox can do better? Thanks.
No one except him has ear protection no good

I won't one i don't need one but I won't ont
Hell now that is a mans TOOL what a saw :)
baldfatgit1 I use one
This machine can cut the earth too.
(used google translate)
When the concrete cutter you hire is level 99 prestige.
my friend Hugh Jaynus runs a saw like that. he works for Dixie Normus Construction
The blade on that machine is probably $1000 at least not including the machine.
What if this sawblade brake to pieces while working :S

Is that husky saw ? We have core cut
why do you cut this? are you trying to remove floor? in that case custs are not good shaped
They should feature this saw in a slasher flick or the next friday the 13th, or nightmare on elm street.
صحيح مزعجه ..... ولكنها عملية ومختصرة للوقت والجهد.👍

how much is it? and how is the deep it could cut?!
Я уже представил, как эта машина разбрасывает чьи то намотанные кишки
Who makes this machines. whats the model.
