계란 흰자로 머랭친후 머랭이 뒤집어도 안떨어질 정도일때 노른자랑 섞고 팬에 기름두르고 아까만든거 붓고 뚜껑으로 덮고1분30 1분정도있다가 밑에 좀 딱딱하면 반으로접고 살짝 있히다 드세요

먹어본 후기: 마지막에 뿌리는 딸기시럽이 맛을 다 망침. 차라리 초코시럽같은 거 따로 주는게 나을듯. 딸기시럽에 아예 담가버리니깐 팬케익 고유의 맛을 못느낌

I noticed one set of pancakes were not covered, unless it was as a request. Maybe those were the pancakes that were a little wet inside? It's similar to the question of which is the better chocolate chip cookie; I like them crunchy or cooked all the way through; my brothers, maybe most people , like cookies "gewy" in the middle. To me, gewy seems raw or not cooked. That's because I prefer crunchy or bready textures.
I would like to know what is the pink sauce poured on top, it looks very delicious.

However it's still necessary to save time so I'm just going to look for a good collection streetfood books, particularly the Asian (Hindus & Orient primarily) and Brazilian kind.

it's simply a firm pancake batter with eggs whites whipped on their own and added later... the secret to high pancakes is simply a non-liquid batter so it maintains the shape and doesn't flatten
