- The Dallas Mavericks overcame a 17-point comeback (8:25 in Q3) and defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder, 117-116, in Game 6 of the Western Conference Semifinals to win the series 4-2. Luka Doncic led the Mavericks with his seventh career Playoff triple double as he totaled 29 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists while Kyrie Irving added 22 points. Dereck Lively II totaled 12 points and a Playoff-best 15 rebounds as Derrick Jones Jr. added 22 points on 8-13 shooting. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the Thunder with a Playoff career-high 36 points, along with 8 assists as Jalen Williams totaled 22 points, 9 rebounds, and 8 assists. The Mavericks will now face the winner of the Denver Nuggets-Minnesota Timberwolves series, which is currently tied 3-3, in the Western Conference Finals.
With the win tonight in Game 6 for Dallas to win the series, 4-2, Kyrie Irving’s teams move to 14-0 in series clinching games. He remains the only player in NBA history who remains undefeated in these scenarios with at least 10 games played.
Dallas advances to the Western Conference Finals for the second time in three years (2022) and for the sixth time in their franchise history. The last time the Mavericks won a WCF was in 2011, v OKC (4-1).
Luka Doncic tallies his third consecutive triple double, becoming the fifth player in NBA history to have three straight such games in the Playoffs, joining:

Lol Luka has gotten a ton of soft calls this series and gets way with push offs. He's pushed dort to the ground several times in the series with no calls. He got a foul call last game on doer where he swung his elbow into dort and he got an and 1 . Ticky tack calls but I wouldn't expect a biased person like you to actually see and acknowledge that. Shai absorbs a lot of contact because he drives to the hoop the most. He's the most aggressive player. Do you think they call fouls on everything that occurs to him?no they don't . He receives legit fouls. He's a tough guy to stop and he constantly drives. The fact that he is way more aggressive than Luka yet I'm barely receives as many free throws should point to that fact that it's luka that is receiving the softer calls. Dort hasn't been tackling Luka and playing any harder than the Mavs players have been playing on shai. Dort has had a ton of games with high number of fouls so it's the refs that's been punishing him. They protect Luka and let more abuse happen to Shai.

The refs couldn't save the Oklahoma City Bums from the Mavs, Dort should have been ejected halfway through the game after his NFL tackle which was somehow reversed on review, then proceeded to flying elbow Gafford and got a no call, the officiating was absolutely abysmal in this game and it'll go overlooked because the ending was hyped due to being so close...
