From what I understand in the "Candle Queen" video, Balvenie is the daughter of someone famous who cares a lot about appearances (which would justify her cute pink clothes), it can be said that she had a very restricted childhood and couldn't do many things that she liked. After they met, presumably to keep up with Tine, Balvenie started smoking and drinking, as did she. She probably admired Tine for her bad habits, as Balvenie was probably the straight-laced type, Tine's "bad" ways charmed her in a way, something like, "Oh my God, she does what she wants without caring about anyone else's opinion other people!". Tine is a bit hostile towards Balvenie, but she keeps her around maybe because she has acquired a certain affection for Balvenie or something. But going to the "Doctor meme" video, after starting Tine's bad habits, Balvenie started to get a lot of criticism from people who admired her "social mask", and even called her names because of it. My theory! We already know that balvenie's mom told her to always keep up a "normal pretty girl" appearance maybe because her father was like really crazy, in candle queen balvenie's dad is shown as a bunny with red eyes. Maybe to say that her dad was a complete animal or just rabid. And balvenie's mom doesn't want her to Inherit those traits from her dad(hence why whenever we see her being all murderous she has bunny ears but in the school setting she doesn't). And thought her life balvenie put on this happy pretty girl facade until we see at the end of candle queen that tine sees through her facade and yknow they became friends and eventually it looks like more then friends.
Let's cut away from them for a sec, I heard another theory say that their world is constantly in a sort of zombie apocalypse and that rose is maybe like the cause? But either way rose has been around for a very very long time. And for some reason she also hates balvenie which I don't think theres been anything to explain why she hates her yet. (Maybe because balvenie is another murderous anomaly in the area and rose fear that her secrets will be revealed with her around?) But anyways rose tries to break down balvenie's taking away everything from her. To go as far as faking being her friend just to turn on her (I forgot which animation it was but it did seem like they were friends for a bit) to even posing as her in an explicit magazine to damage her relationship with time. Tine already going through a tough time with essential her entire family dying and almost killing her sister to put her out of misery I think (wonderland vid) now she finds that her one true friend probably doesn't even like/relate to her.
And yknow what comes next balvenie's facade breaks maybe because time said they shouldn't be friends anymore. But either way tine commits suicide and yknow what happens next.
Still the one thing I cant figure out is why rose hate balvenie's even how rose is still alive
Not related to this vid but I also like the theory of ardbeg and belvanie being siblings like after their mom put so much pressure on balvenie she basically abandoned ardbeg where he got addicted to drugs. Maybe ardbegs father was even a zombie which collides with the theory of him being part zombie.
Another interesting thing I saw was that it looks like the masked guy that I forget his name is Rose's servant further playing into the idea that rose started the apocalypse
OK I'm not the best with theories but I have my best guess.
(For the sake for my laziness I'm call Balvenie, B and Tinballan, T)
Through the strings being attached to the corners B's mouth, the imagery of her with a Jeff the killer smile and the depressed face that flashs across the screen, I think it's obvious she has some sort of pressure on her too be constantly smiling and happy.
Probably something too do with rose or from her career as what looks like a swimsuit/lingerie model. I think I'm more willing too say it's from her modeling from previous videos and how we see her normal design trapped in a glass case under the one who's modeling.
There's also the scene with B laying on a table, in lingerie, with parts of her missing/eaten. I think it represents "everybody wanting a piece of her" from how sexualized her career made her, or made her feel.
I think rose definitely has had some vicious words for B though. We see a scene with spiders coming out of their mouth and in the very next shot we see the spiders on B's legs. It could be symbolism for venomous words from rose lingering with B.
Rose also looks like she's trying too immatate B in this video, she dresses up like her, wear the same clothes B models in, and seems extremely agitated when they see B and T sitting together. The only thing that leads me too assume is that their intrested in T and want too be like B too be with them. Not something I expected from her.
It's also worth mentioning that rose seems too act out violently when their upset, speaking the scene that follows is their shoe stomping on a cat carcass.
It's always been obvious that B is more eager about pursuing a relationship with T than T is with her, too put it lightly. I think we see this here with B eating the key that goes too the door and locking T on the roof with her. Maybe symbolism But I like the idea of it being literal.
In the shared kiss scene, B looks obviously uncomfortable but I don't think it's from T's doing. not only is it out of character for T too pressure them into a kiss but T doesn't look entirely happy about it either. I think it's much more likely B was hopelessly trying too find ways too make T like them and thought a kiss was their best way of doing it. Maybe their modeling made them objectify themselves too just being a pretty, kissable face?
I don't know how too interpret the scene where T looks at a picture of B and burns it a little with a cigarette, but I think the look on T's face after they do it suggests a lot of mixed emotions. Is that too B or too her modeling? No clue. I think the lyrics make it seem like it's pointed at B though.
For the final scene though, I do have an idea. I think T showed B some sort of understanding through that sketchbook with the image of her face cracking apart.(symbolism for cracking under pressure?) I think the two strings breaking away from her were the ones that hold up her smile, maybe she told T about what's happening in her life? Honesty and understanding? It's an oddly hopeful ending, but until I'm proven wrong I'm sticking too it. I'm sure the gore drawing helped knowing who B is.
The only thing I don't have an interpretation of is the shot where a hand crushes B. I would assume that it was Rose and her hatred towards them but the hand doesn't have nailpolish like rose. Idk, I have no clue what that means.

Yesterday I talked to a friend and I confess that I noticed several things that I missed!
Let's go for a deeper analysis!
Okay, that person I thought was a guy, maybe it's Tineballan and I didn't notice! I'm grateful my friend Tenebris mentioned this, because I missed it lol.
Maybe this is how Rose sees Tineballan, which indicates that it could be Tine, it's the earrings that Tine usually wears.
One thing my friend said, is that Rose maybe had a crush on Tineballan, but Tineballan chose Balvenie (in the 0:43 part, where she puts the wreath on Balvenie). This could be one of the reasons why Rose hates both of them, especially Balvenie.
I watched "Red Shoes" and 'Snow White', two videos that are crucial to Rose's story and show how hellish this girl's life is. It starts with her father abusing her and she tried to convince herself that she liked it to protect herself mentally, which explains her trying to please him and convince him to pay attention to her instead of his wife (I don't know if it's her mother, because if so it makes things even worse).
This explains why she hated her former appearance and developed eating disorders, wanting to stay thin in order to be attractive.
My friend helped me a lot in connecting these dots, so that should give him a lot of credibility.
The Appleheads represent boys, which reminds Rose of her father and that she is only friendly with them because of her habit of trying to please men for her father's sake (and ethics).
Maybe she fell in love with Tineballan because she looks like a boy but is a girl, so she doesn't see her as an Applehead. However, Tineballam preferred Balvenie, she pays more attention to Balvenie, because they are more friends and because she is so friendly (and her sociopathic charm lol).
Of course Rose wouldn't leave it cheap, she was already jealous of Balvenie for being the "perfect" type and that's why Rose started trying to keep them away from each other.
One thing I think I should emphasize, I don't know if Rose and Tineballan were as close as Balvenie is with Tineballan. The only thing I know is that the three of them knew each other and seemed to get along, as shown in "Melody Meme", but the video shows more how Rose seemed to distance the two.

my theory- balv feels the need to sexualze herself to get what she wants/people to stay. Tine is probally off about her bc shes sorta insane. Balv is ratheer a people pleaser. She gives everything to people even if theres nothing in return. Again, she feels the need to bribe people to stay. Rose sees her doing this and sees tine staying. Rose begins to do the same as balv, efeccting her *rose* mentally. This is also tying into greedy meme, like rose tuning into balv.
