There is absolutely no chance of palace being able to bring in sterling!! Even on loan they would have to agree with Chelsea for them to pay a third of his wages..
Whatever happens Sterling will not be taking a hit financially. He will go out on loan and Chelsea would probably have to subsidise Sterling’s wages. And if they want to sell him, Sterling will push for being paid for the remainder of his contract before he exits the club:
