Yes, few more changes are needed..Whoever is getting H1B or work visa in foreign countries is studied in India only and based on our education system got visa not for study in foreign... For example: Survey shows 96% American students cannot do any simple calculation without calculator but Indian kids can do it without any use of calculator. Most of the Indian kids are versed atleast in 3 languages ( national, regional and mother tongue) but all students in US and UK speak only English. That's all they know...
