- After the bumper day I had at burton a couple of months ago I thought I would try my luck again. Despite being the middle of summer I had some amazing finds with Theo 'cad king' May

Nice finds, look forward to seeing the preps. Good chisels are hard to find, the older the better in my experience through work and hunting, the old metal seems to be better quality then even the top end tools now, car boots and the depths of grandparents sheds for them👍

Great demonstration of just how hard the rocks at Burton Bradstock are! Some fantastic specimens though if you visit close enough to a fall before the local collectors have stripped everything out.
I think the last fall was April and there certainly wasn't much left.
Yeah we went there a week ago and not much to find now think u got it all lol. 😂 Some nice finds tho
It had been well raided before us lol. Roll on the next fall
2024: the year of Nautilus

It's fucking awful having to re-live the nautilus moment again and again. Awful. My jealousy levels are still at critical. Leaving inflammatory comments usually helps but it's not this time.
It wasn't your day(s) for nautilus fossils. Kev and I are hoovering them up from everywhere.

@davidthomas6859 it will be a couple of months at least but I expect it to be amazing
