6:14 It's less so that they _don't_ care about you if you are alive, and more so that they _do_ care that something 100x their weight is moving around nearby and flee asap.
For how fierce most media portrays them, piranhas are so overly cautious that I've seen videos where they run away from a store bought fish fillet one of their group members moved around too suddenly.
