I’ve been binge watching all of these and I think this is my favorite one so far. All of it just made me laugh and happy and especially the ending bit with the radio outro is iconic and just made me smile.

You're basically the best dude, GodEgor, but at this point I kind of want to ask about the steampunk aesthetic. Is that like a personal fascination of yours, or is there some NLSS meta I haven't dug up yet?
Nah, i used the spinning cog as a logo long before doing NLSS edits. And with most of my overlays/counters/banners/etc, i build them out of literal digital garbage - various cliparts, cutouts and textures i can find on google. The Patreon credits for example, use 2 pieces of dwemer scrap from Skyrim, a screenshot of a floor panel from Guacamelee 2, a random shield crest i googled, some brown triangles, and a simple gear. There is no real hidden reason i continue leaning into that aesthetic style. Rotating gears and cogs are just a cool satisfying thing that creates an illusion of some machinery stuff happening behind the scenes, when instead there could just be boring stationary text.

Yeah, i know that a large portion of people watching these have no interest in my meme counting and just come here for a convenient playlist of Quiplash segments with answer-submitting stage cut out. But at this point, the meme counting is more of a personal project. Plus, this channel has become my livelihood, and if i stop making those tough, high-effort edits (no matter how pointless they are) then i'd have no moral right to enable monetization, even with permission to do so.
