Gacha Smack could have used Misha in place of Welt for "SUS"tain purposes and gain extra turns because of destruction or hunt "extra turn" from the weather... but not many people paid attention to his kit yet, which can, at least, almost guarantee freeze against one target without any EHR investment

It used to actually apply the vulnerability debuff normally back when BS kit are leaked, but I guess pokee missed the change
it can still be used if you can interrupt 2 turn bosses.

Tectone doesn't theory craft nor sweat like this at all lol.
One thing that Pokke misinterpreted is that Epiphany doesn't give vulnerability nor does it buff non DoT dmg. Epiphany gives a dmg taken bonus, so its like a dmg bonus on the DoT's, also, the dmg bonus only triggers at the start of the enemies' turns, so Destiny using it just to proc Ratio's Wiseman's Folly isn't really much of a misplay by her. There is a way for non DoT units to benefit from Epiphany, but their actions would have to happen in between an elite/boss mobs turn and extra turn, so even if she saved for that, it wouldn't be much for anything, since Kafka was already down the action line and the Aurumatron was weakness broken.

I think it’s pretty established that Welt + DOT in limited cycle clear stages (MOC/Pure Fiction) sucks. Welt’s CC in general actually kinda sucks for timed clears.
However… Welt + DOT is actually insane in Simulated Universe. Granted, almost anything can work in SU, but since you’re not timed, you can just take your time stacking them big juicy DOTs.
Simu is also progressively harder with the special modes - you can actually straight up die so survival tools are more beneficial.
you can only stack wind and arcana tho ? stacking other dot only extend their duration not the damage. Welt+Dot in SU is literally a troll build without Kafka because enemy never get to have their dot proc. But tbf I like troll build lol
Welt ain’t bad, he’s just not meant for speed running, but if your not trying to 0 cycle or clear quickly, then this team comp is really solid for its low failure rate

@mrdeafter there is a nihility blessing in SU that let's anyone proc dots when they hit enemies like kafka's skill does, so u can use welt to abuse turn order and have ppl constantly proc dots on enemies in SU at least

I don’t remember what video but I’ve heard how Welt can’t synergies with dot comps because of his canceling on dot damage. I think god doggos should take welt instead, cuz of how imprisonment synergies with freeze. Then Gachasmack can trade welt with Pela. With freeze you can still apply dot and gets it triggered after freeze effect disappears.

Secret DoT synergy: After an enemy unfreezes, they gain a 50% action advance
E1 March with Vonwaq and 4pc Wind set would've been a more fun showcase than Welt. She needs a metric ton of effect hit rate though, and enemies like Kafka will always have a chance at resisting the freeze.

i honestly think arcanas damage on that horse wasnt realky useful because of 40% resistance to wind. Stacking arcana with kafka would have cleared it slower.

i have a quick question , how is wind set with black swan? she is at 148 speed with usual stats .. i pair her with 153 kafka with her arti . should I keep it or burn my resin to farm dot set?
She doesn't ult that often, only Pela can use that set.

@@AstaDemidon’t be a clown, it is not a “must”, swan doesn’t do dmg and zero front load, the only benefit is the 20% def reduction, but if less speed meant much more atk, it would make her high scaling dot do much much more. God most people don’t know shit about how speed works, just put it on everything. There is no bigger clowns than dhil with speed boots

I don’t know if Mrpokke you know this or not and i don’t know if Gachasmack explained it yet, but his idea behind this team was probably for welt to slow so his luka and Black Swan could stack their DoTs before the enemy’s turn, he just executed it rather poorly(not saying i can do better). Nice video though!

In this tournament they didn't have a lot of choice to pick characters because of the rules
They used a pick and ban system, much like the ones league uses for their competitive games, they drafted these teams if their own accord based on the pick/ban phase.

His Welt sucked because it wasn't built properly. My 150+ speed Welt on Wind set with Kafka LC would have sent Pokeclown grasshopper munching back to the land of Chowmein

7:00 If you look at the aurumaton's bar, it indicates that it has def shred from Black Swan. Epiphany only takes effect on the enemy's turn. Even when casting the ult in battle it specifically states "The Dmg received increases by 25% during this units turn" So how was that a misplay on Moon's part?
Let's be honest 1-3 cycle clears are on the low end of clearing. I think 4-5 cycles is cutting it close and 6+ cycle clears make it muddy.

I sort of disagree that Welt is anti-synergetic with Black Swan. Pushing enemy down is good way to apply lot of Arcana stacks, slower opponent is, more Arcana they get before it explode and reset and that also means more time will Swan have to get her ultimate up in time to freeze stacks there for another turn instead. It could be difference between 8 stacks and 2x30 (or even more) stacks.
except they die without ever proccing the dot, idk what ur yapping, it doesnt matter how many stacks they have when it never procs, that's the equivelant of 0 stacks
