Import/Export Vehicle Warehouse was a tough choice to not put at #5. Better profit, but quite a bit more set up to get to max profit vs the CEO crates.
Honestly, I rarely use mine too. Would much rather do security contracts with the agency. I have it on my rankings since it is a solid payout with low cost to purchase it.
I really think that dr Dre payout is great. Getting that million (the payout I’ve gotten like 2 days ago) is a godsend and it feels really short. You can complete many missions by yourself until they require 2 people, then that’s when issues arise. Some may think payout isn’t worth it for them since they’re getting like 75k when I’m getting around 1000000 so they may not join and wouldn’t want to do the last mission possibly. Compared to the casino heist it seems to give similar payouts unless your currency youre stealing is of high value (unless you’re doing replay glitch ofc). But barely even that with the cuts and deductions everyone gets. With dr Dre those cuts and deduction are HIGHLY reduced and is something you won’t have to worry about. I would like to say my average payout for casino isn’t far off from the final dr Dre mission. It’s really good and underrated in my opinion. Setups/missions before the final one are truly easy and stress free. Destinations is not far at all within the Agencies radius and missions are short as well. Contract missions pay around 35k-50k and seem really good for what they are. I really have the urge to say it is better than Casino heist, the payouts to other players on the last mission is just the issue.
