I sell all my businesses solo and maxed (except air cargo) so I like being able to buy supplies for bunker and MC’s from a single place. I agree on Lazer and yacht. I’d have said Penthouse rather than MC.
The master control terminal is incredible and it's not meant for sales first of all, second of all that's 50 seconds on an oppresior, love the vids but don't agree on this one
planes - hydra, rogue, b11 helis- savage, akula, hunter(only drawback to hunter, youll need a co-pilot to work the explosive cannon. pilot can only shoots missiles) vehicles - toreador, ruiner 2000, weaponized tampa (needs a lot of researched parts from the bunker) keep in mind, youll need the hangar and optional workshop to upgrade any personal aircraft, but its definitely worth it
If you don't have the Sparrow, which require the Kosatka, I would buy those. The Sparrow is one of if not the fastest helicopter, rapid fire missiles, and spawns right next to at any time. I use this more than anything else now. Other favorites are the Akula and B11 Strikeforce.

Yeah if you buy supplies like that and max it out - I totally get it. So many good choices for terrible purchases haha
