Led is pure love for music. Watching him play is uplifting and always a treat. I showed an old clip of Led to a friend and he replied tounge in cheek: "are you supposed to have FUN making music!"
Indeed, he is quite remarkably talented. The best way to jam with him is to bring your guitar to the Kona Brewing Company in Hawai`i Kai, O`ahu, on Sunday evening. That's his regular gig and he often invites people up to play. Look through my videos for the ones with Warner Williams, there are three clips of those two jamming in a hotel lobby. Amazing indeed! Fran
It's just not fair that some people can play sooo good while us other guys only get to listen. But I guess listening becomes part of the joy of your playing. Keep it up! you make my day. You are music to my ears.
@homebrewedmusic well, I think I probably won't need all the inputs on the audiofire interface since I am just a solo musician at the moment. and thankyou for your compliment! It took me one day to finish everything for my Original song. I created the backing track using Garageband synths. it was quite simple.
Hey Fran, Please tell Led that I love his music (and yours, too. Maybe you'll be there.). My wife and I will be in Lahaina in early December and I just bought tickets to his Napili show on the 5th. The trip is for my 65th, and I'll visit my Papa and Tutu at the Hale Aloha. As Pap used to say, "Mahalo Plenty". Aloha a hui hou.
@Uhmsters I'm not sure a device as limited as the Apogee One is the correct response to problems with Firewire chipsets, but it's certainly up to you. I checked your clips - kind of distant from the style of music I'm interested in, but I really enjoyed the video production on your original. Looks like a ton of work. Did you create the backing track note by note? Fran
@franguidry wow sounds complicated! I guess i'll end up buying the APOGEE ONE audio interface for the mac. Hey by the way, do you mind if you check my videos out? I only have two right now, but one of them is my Original guitar instrumental.

This is fantastic!
What a beautiful sound from that guitalele, sounds like steel strings!

Fran
--- Awesome ! ---
like fine wine
The sound is actually the pickup through a delay box, the acoustic sound is much less complex.
Sure is fun, though, I agree.
Fran
I will be seeing you in April! :D
hey guys don't forget to catch Uncle Led in his first feature film with Adam Sandler and Jen Aniston and Nicole Kidman movie next year. INCREDIBLE!
Wow, how many guys get to have Led visit and do a recording?!

wonderful played - I love this Tacoma papoose P6K - anyone who will sell one to me
@franguidry why is Firewire a pain?
The Tacoma Papoose _is_ a steel string instrument.
Fran
do you recommend the echo audiofire series?
Ah my mistake, looked like nylon!
:-)
