me when i played this game and heard the random foghorn in the middle of the night: WHAT THE FUCK WHAT THE FUCK WHAT THE FUCK I NEED TO GET AWAY NOW welonz when she hears the random foghorn in the middle of the night: aw! friend :D! i'm gonna honk back.
That distorted sting which plays when you discover a new aberration still makes my skin crawl. Especially horrible when you get it from a normal shoal, it's like a little jumpscare every time.
23:34 kn means knots, a unit of speed. 1 knot is approximately 0.5 m/s, or 1.85 km/h The term knot dates from the 17th Century, when sailors measured the speed of their ship by the use of a device called a “common log.” This device was a coil of rope with uniformly spaced knots tied in it, attached to a piece of wood shaped like a slice of pie. The piece of wood was lowered from the back of the ship and allowed to float behind it. The line was allowed to pay out freely from the coil as the piece of wood fell behind the ship for a specific amount of time. When the specified time had passed, the line was pulled in and the number of knots on the rope between the ship and the wood were counted. The speed of the ship was said to be the number of knots counted (Bowditch, 1984).
I actually immediately tried to store the fish, too. I am an absolute hamster in all my playthroughs, the thought that a questgiver is maybe about to ask me for something I just sold (no matter how easily retrievable) terrifies me :D
The DLC is only those two items from the workshop (the 1x1 engine and the "trinket" with a vague description). The rest of the Isle is from the base game
Ah, I was wondering how they found an item there and I didn't, when I was sure I had done a pretty thorough job exploring. Thought at first that I'd missed some aberration-boosting item right under my nose, after I had to grind for the last 3 I needed (screw you sailfish and crown of thorns)
Uhh, I think there actually IS creepy stuff that happens while you're afraid and paranoid. I noticed 3, maybe 4 weird things happen in this video. Pay attention and see if you can notice them.
I've fallen in love with this game because of you, and I can't actually run it, so I'm stoked that you're uploading episodes daily. Watching you play Dredge fills me with a sense of wonder I've rarely experienced before.
Didn't know Welonz loved getting money and pimping her ride so much that she abandon the main questline to hunt for a new fishmongerer! :D *Big go-here-X on map* Welonz: The only thing I can do it make money!!!
I have no idea why I find this as entertaining as I do. Especially when I'm eagerly waiting for you to continue with Dragon Age. Must admit this is a nice diversion!
I love this game! As others have said, the workshop stuff is DLC. I don’t think the game ever explains the sign of ruin, so let us know if you want to know. But it’s useful!
I'm really interested to see where this goes. Lovecraftian horror is basically the only horror genre I like but executing it well so it just doesn't fall into the "big Cthulhu scary"-territory is hard...
That cultist is just me at a buffet that serves seafood.

Welonz: Omg, so much to worry about!
Me: You ain't seen nothing yet.... *Mr Burns evil finger twiddling*

I can ALREADY tell that I'll thoroughly enjoy your playthrough of Dredge... I hope you have fun with this! THANK YOU for such great content!
Blackstone is not a dlc, but unlocking that workshop is dlc.
Yeah, you actually have to talk to the collector to progress in the game

All those crazies with their fin toil hats and their crabpot theories...

What are you playing on? the system specs are pretty low

Ayyy let's go captain! 👩✈️👩✈️
It's so lovecraftian it hurts :D I love it !
Oh no... She talked to the cultist early...
The update (v1.1.0) that added the map markers (and zooming/scrolling) also removed the hidden time limits on some of the 'pursuits'.
@@garyaduke That's good, because I'm planning to buy the game soon and that was giving me anxiety.
Well that seems like a totally normal title
such sell fish behavior.
are you gonna finish A Space For The Unbound?
