If the connection is not successful and the purple light is flashing for PS5 with AX600, you can try the following solutions:
1. Check if the Ethernet cable connected to the AX600 is the same network as the one used by the PS5 console.
2. Verify that the account logged into the PS5 console matches the account bound to the app.
3. Double-check the accuracy of the eight-digit pairing code entered.
4. Ensure that Remote Play is enabled on the PS5 console.
5. Check if the Ethernet port on the AX600 has a solid light indicating a proper connection.
6. Try using a different Ethernet cable to connect the AX600 and the PS5 console.

My light never turns into a solid purple, it continues flashing so I can’t bind to psn. Are there any solutions to this.

@@AIMZENIX thank you for responding. I tried everything you asked and despite following all of your instructions the purple light continues to flash refusing to stay solid purple and it will not bind to my pen account.

I’m having issues on the log in part into my account. I put my credentials in and get to the redirect screen. I press submit and it says Official website verification fail. Any fixes for it?

Hii I really need helps.. i have try this product on my ps5 for about a week and really works on Mw3, but today I got problem, my house suddenly Blackout when i was playing mw3 with this product, then when the lights up again, I try to play again but this product are not gonna work, its connected, the purple lights are one, the device are connected to geekvice app, but its not work, I try pressing any button on my controller there nothing happens.. Please help, or is there any button to reset the device or any other advice??
