I won't call red meat and bread healthy every single time he goes camping he eats meat! Respect for everything he does including his hot gorgeous body and full Russian bulge, but the food he often eats in his videos is 100% not healthy except the tea.

The exercises you do without having to go to the gym are great (I'm taking notes).Although I don't think I could enter a frigid lake in cold weather, I absolutely LOVE that you do it.
