FTC's noncompete ban unlikely to go into effect any time soon, attorney says

The FTC passed a potential seismic change for workers earlier this week, banning noncompete clauses. Experts who spoke to FOX 4 says the vote is just the beginning of a much larger fight.

why would you smile on this station broadcasting that they dont think this will happen? this would be in the best interest of almost everyone you know. it affects 1 out of 5 Americans. They cannot switch jobs for better pay within the industry. Maybe I misunderstood, but if youre against this then youre anti-American. The average man that makes up this nation and keeps it going. They NEED to be able to always try to provide better for their families.
