Unlike john 77, I appreciate this as a point of reference being that my kfx400 petcock is $70 new. Mine runs great on prime, won't pull fuel in the 'on' position. I'm hoping for a blockage, thanks for this!

My ATV has similar issues only it will run for quite some time then die down slowly when valve is at the in position after being on PRI for a bit.
@@ghettochild323 yes, I had a pinhole in the vacuum line, on the back side of the carb. Fuel line was completely fine. Make sure the hose is fitted properly. (I used soapy water to find the pinhole)
The "on" is actually an off they fucked it up at factory
@@doublegrant6015 If that's true, it makes sense, because my LT-Z400 Quadrunner won't run with it in the 'On' position...lol.
My LT80 wont run on the ON button. Only prime.

What do you do to clean it once it’s apart?

Can u tell me,,, what *Pri* means,, I have trouble with mine,,, put a new valve,, same trouble,, no gaz on *On* or *Res*,, Only on *Pri*
How did you get the tank off the bike?
