Mario Kart Arcade GP 2: Rainbow Downhill R, Special Rainbow Cup 2nd Round

It's backwards so you would think it's uphill, but this is the only track the physically change of the reverse one to make it so it's still a downhill track. I guess that would be important on a track with, "downhill" in the name. More Rainbow Sea too, my personal favorite.
