so the random ppl are: guy in the middle , veteran actor in Japan, Yusuke Santamaria ( Nakayama Yusuke his real name) ~ he voice acted as a character from the One Piece movie Stampede (Buena Festa was the character he voiced) .
The guy with the glasses was a famous manzai comedian now he is an entertainer, ppl call him Yamachan ( yamasato ryota is his real name) and that lady was probably Sashihara Rino, she used to be in AKB48, dunno if she graduated now. She voiced Ann for the Stampede movie. I am guessing you are watching an event that they did to promote the movie Stampede. yamasato ryota does voice acting as well, but only for anime movies and such . He voiced "donald moderate" from the one piece stampede movie as well.
Japan is totally out of level in voice acting
Those weren't random people. It was a promo for a one piece movie and featured some of the VA for that movie.
